I have to say I am completely disgusted with the way the post office is so computerized and non human that I cannot even speak my issue with a human. I have gotten several text messages letting me know that my package was delivered to the post office. Unfortunately, I am in quarantined and cannot get to the post office and yet there is no way to contact a human to let them know this and not to send my package back! I am extremely disappointed in this. It had already taken the post office to deliver my Christmas gifts over a month!! I thought the head Post Master said the mails would be able to run with no problems and they could handle any extra mail that came through. Furthermore, I assume this will be tossed to the side and discarded...... I paid money for those Christmas gifts and would like them to be given to my Children..... I cannot believe that YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN??!!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!

We received our package in the mail and it was shoved in there and it was a box that was not able to be pulled out really easy it had to be wedged out of there it was a package that the postal carrier should have left at the door and this is a formal complaint our address is 3316 2nd Street Brownwood Texas 76801 and my name is Lynne Louise Loe and I would appreciate if you let your employees know to do things correct thank you

We were told passport hours were weekdays 10:00 am - 2:30 pm. We appeared on a Friday at 1:30 pm and were told that passports could not be renewed or processed because there was only one employee there at the time. The other employee would return at 2:30 pm that day from a lunch break. Then we were told that we could get our passport request processed only on Wednesday or Friday next week because employees had asked off on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. We then drove to Stephenville to the post office there but were refused service because the only employee that does passports "had no more appointments for the day". This is the worst customer experience and I would not return if I had another choice. I dread going into the Brownwood post office - there are always long waits and the employees (except for the only man who works there) are rude and unhelpful.

So I went there to get my passport and was denied because they stop at 3pm, when it clearly says 10am-4pm. The guy even asked the two people in front of me if they needed a book of stamps, passport, or p.o. box. If you stop at 3, then why would ask??? I live in comanche, so it's not like I can just drive down the road, I 7-330 Monday - Friday. I had to leave work early to make it in time, just to be told that nonsense, when asked about it, the guy had no clue about anything. Unsatisfied doesn't even scratch the surface of my displeasure. Get to lose more time from work to do it again tomorrow.

This post office has no customer service and their mail carrier supervisor need to be removed. Up until June of this year, we always received our mail during business hours. They will no longer provide that service therefore, we will do our business electronically from now on.
My Grandfather retired from the postal service and I always supported it as a reliable service until now. At this time I recommend all of my customers and vendors to use electronic means or UPS for the Brownwood post office is no longer a reliable service for doing business.
