I don't know what's going on, but I've had a package delivered three times, but in reality there is nothing at my door. They also give me an empty package with nothing, only written in red writing saying that they received it empty.

Absolutely the worst service of any post office I’ve ever dealt with

My assistant went in at 4:25 and was told they were closing that they could not help her. All she needed was to get a hand cancel. The hours say 5pm - no one will answer the phone either. Have the hours changed?

I would like to commend three postal employees for helping resolve an issue that was affecting deliveries. Tony, Christina and especially Carolyn were very professional and customer oriented. Also due commendation is Justin for helping. i appreciated their efforts and customer service skills.

my mail lady keeps writing (box blocked) on my mail. The mail boxes in front of my house are not blocked, if that’s what she’s referring to. There is a garage apartment directly behind my house ( in the same drive way but different address) People that visit to that apartment park in the front so they don’t block our drive way. If she’s referring to not being able to drive her mail vehicle right up to the mail boxes, so she doesn’t have to get off and deliver the mail, I call that lazy. But ok, when she drives up to the mail boxes, she’s killing all my grass outside the fence line and has made a bad muddy mess especially when it rains. This is in Bay City Tx. She needs to understand that we mow outside the fence line and with her making a muddy mess, it’s impossible to mow. Stop being lazy cause my house isn’t the only house she would have to walk up to the mail boxes.

The Spanish guy judged my son as a thug and would not even wait on him. He would not answer any of his questions and was very rude. I was on speaker phone with my son when he was dealing with my son. My other son went and received better treatment from the black lady there. She did attempt to look for the tracking number as we provided the first time but the Spanish guy will not take. This all happened at the Bay City post office. I normally receive professional service but today was not one of those days by the Spanish gentleman that was working the desk. Please respond because I will take this further because people depend on their packages and should not have to go through the turmoil from people that are suppose to serve the public.
