Maybe his name is James iam not sure he didn't want to give me his name he wear glasses and he old every time I go in the postal office in Alvarado tx and the one that attended me always has an attitude and always mean he is racing so he need to be fire
Absolutely the worst customer service ever.
I tried to mail a simple graduation card to my niece who's name I changed to be "extra" since it is a special card and was told that I had to display her legal name or he wasn't going to send my mail out.
You can literally google (even though I knew that was false) and it will tell you that you do NOT in fact have to put a name on your card as long as it has an address. I have been mailing mail for over 25 years and have never experienced such rudeness. I will drive to Burleson before I ever go to this post office again.
This is the worst post office. They deliver the mail to the wrong address and are very rude when you call them. My husband's meds from the VA were consistently delivered to the wrong address but the person who received them brought them to him. They threw our packages on the ground and anyone could have picked them up. We finally got a PO Box at another post office.
This post office is a joke. I was supposed to recieve something in the mail and me er recieved it. I called yesterday & when I explained what happened the lady on the phone had an attitude. If you're not going to do the job you were hired for get gone because there are other who will. If it keeps happening I will be getting the post master involved
I was expecting a certified latter fr in a friend. She sent cash in a card and trusted itt would be delivered to me. It shows it was delivered and after my friend got her confirmation receipt back, my name was forged
I have been waiting on my package all day and when i checked the tracking number it showed that they rung up my residence as vacant. so now I have to call the post office tomorrow and pray that they still have my package and maybe they'll let me pick it up.
They refuse to come down my road for any reason because of a few potholes. It used to be that nothing stopped the USPS. They always say they attempt to deliver my package so and the last few times someone was home and not a single person came. They didn't even leave notices. The last one who ventured down here with a package left it " securely hidden" under my brothers car and he never knew until he left for work . This location is unprofessional, moronic, and a poor excuse for USPS.
Worst service I’ve received anywhere. They put my package in someone else’s P.O box and the other person took it. The did very little to help me, other than “write your number down”. Will I ever get my package of a refund?
Alvarado employees need a class in public appearance(clothing washed & pressed)
And how to treat customers. Their customer service lacks everything...
I had a card saying they couldn't deliver a package because a trash can was in the way; so how were they able to put the notice in the mailbox?,?
Worth a drive to Joshua or Burleson for great service.
I am not getting my packages delivered unless I call the post office and ask about them. Thankfully, most of the people that I order from provides me with the tracking information so I can look it up that way. This is the message that was entered on the tracking information by the post office. "We attempted to deliver your item at 6:18 am on March 16, 2017 in ALVARADO, TX 76009 but could not complete the delivery because the employee did not have access to the delivery location. Your item will go out for delivery on the next business day." I do not have a gate and the mail that would fit in my box was delivered on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I had to call on Monday to find out where my packages were at. I never received any notices in my box to let me know that I had a package or there was an attempted delivery.
Wow new people hired and they can't seem to locate my packages 2 missing within 5 days the tracking numbers show delivered . Either stealing or mail tampering in Alvarado Texas post office
