About 10:45 A.M. on a Wednesday no one answered the phone at the Woodbury Post Office (615-563-4511) after multiple attempts. I needed to check to see how much postage would be for a 3.7 ounce, 9 by 12 inch brown envelope. It already had 6 Forever Stamps affixed it it. Then I called the toll free number and went through multiple menus. I am still not sure I have the correct postage on this peice of mail. Due to quarantining at home I really needed a live person to answer my questions. Also, I cannot receive text messages on my home phone so your offer to twxt me was of no value.

I mail quite frequently priority mail packages to my mother who lives at 147 sunny slope road. usually no problems there was the last two in one day problem the postal worker totally let the rain damage their packages. yesterday they were to get a package and it never showed said it was in tranisit on the way when this has never been an issue. can you tell me why all of a sudden this is becoming a problem for her to get her boxes I send when it never has been before. Just looking to resolve this and find out where the box is thank you.
