I am 69 with serious health issues. My mail box fell down and I am not able to put one back up nor can I find anone to do it for me.I have had a friend pick up my mail at the Strawberry Plains P.O.Now they have cut me off from even picking up my mail and are sending my mail back. This has cut me off from what little contact to order things I need or be able to receive my bills.A shameless way to treat an elderly person.

My mail is being left everywhere on the Saturday delivery and I'm missing 3 items I ordered online. You can't trust that people will return your package anymore and my neighbors don't get paid to deliver mail. 37871 Thorngrove Pike weekend route needs to shape up.

Who evern drives the yellow post office jeep, should not be allow to be on the road, reckless driving like they are drunk. i will be changing my services to the east knoxville post office after this. this sets a very bad example for the post office and their employees.
