Don't answer the phone, will not deliver mail to your home, even when they drive right by your street everyday to deliver to your neighbors. Want you to pay for a post office box instead.

Evidently the South Pittsburg, Tn postmaster feels like she can just pick and choose who gets their mail and packages delivered and who gets theirs rejected. Some addresses that have existed for several years out here at the end of Browns Trace Road are getting dismal service.

I guess it takes me two or three times to learn a lesson but here is the lesson. If you really need something and order it to be delivered on a Saturday … forget it. First you get messages that it is out for delivery and will be delivered by 10:00. Then that changes to 2:00. Then you get a message that the package is being held at the post office at the customer’s request. I never talked to anyone or saw anyone. The never tried to deliver the package. The person who delivers Monday - Friday never lets that happen and is dependable. However, the Saturday deliveries suck.

Packages were left out in the rain on my back patio. Several were Christmas presents that now have to be returned. This isn't the first time this has happened. We have a covered front porch so there really isn't an excuse other than sheer laziness.
