Postal Locations

I had my tile and a set of keys mailed to 119 callis Dr Rutherford TN. This was three weeks ago. Now some black woman called my phone???? And asked me what my address was . Said she was with the post office. But she had the postal coad correct. She only needed address. Well her phone is a Memphis number. When you call back . Answering machine. So a person had my title and keys for over two weeks and did not return to sender, but tracked me down. I am going to take a big guess at the reason for this is not becouse the address was wrong at all. But becouse they can't find the truck at this address. You may want to look into this. Becouse I know mail is deliver by there postal coads. The letter would not be in Memphis, I don't believe that.
