I am so so so tired of this I'm missing 3 packages what is wrong it's not that hard to put mail in the right mailbox I've been complaining for a YEAR now and nothing has changed or been approved so sick of this I wouldn't even give z star but I have to ps. This only happens when someone fills in for our regular mail lady

I have received two pieces of mail from two completely different addresses within the past week. I was expecting a package, the package was marked as delivered, and it was never received. I don’t know what the issue is, but this is ridiculous. At this point, I genuinely never know when I will receive my mail.
