This is a terrible post office. The employees are very rude. The mail carriers are even worse. If I want to mail something I take it to the Atoka post office to be sure it gets where its going. Right now its been 11 days since we had a mail delivery. Snow last week but streets have been clear for 6 days. the Atoka PO is delivering mail. Please do something about this location!!!!

Today lady came and sat at mail box and didn't put anything in any mailbox these drivers are just making money and not doing their jobs doesn't make any sense at all.

Today 4/8/2022 the mail lady delivering mail at 89 Bloomfield went flying by and did not collect our out going mail. This has happened so many times in the past. I am very sick and in a wheelchair so our mail box is up by our front door. These people are making good money but are so lazy and not doing their job and I am so sick of not getting my bills on time. They need to be fired if they aren’t going to do their job. This post office has TERRIBLE SERVICE. You need to correct this problem immediately.

I have been calling for two hours to lift a hold on my mail and it keeps saying “this line is busy” i cant get anywhere with the 1-800 number because i never Received a confirmation when i put my mail on hold, this i very discouraging and disappointing makes for bad customer service

To the woman that was so freakin rude to my fiancé and I today needs to be fired! She was so freaking rude to us! We’ve never shipped with the post office before and we weren’t exactly sure if everything was suppose to be packaged already etc. She was being so mean and rude complaining about how we should’ve had everything packaged and it just doesn’t use one piece of tape and uses for pieces. Just stop! If you don’t like your job get a new one!
