For the second time in a month or so, our new to us driver, old Caucasian man, has come to our location with a terrible attitude. He was offered help today since there was so much and declined it. He brought the packages in and for the second time in the same period mentioned above, he has knocked over the bowl of water for the dog. Soaking the entry mat and causing a safety risk. This time I spoke to him in which he heard me, made no apologies nor seemed to have any kind of remorse. I don't believe anything more will be done but ask to please address your carriers on professionalism, courtesy and attitude. I was 17yrs in the logistic field, direct customer contact for 11yrs and understand everything they go thru. There is no need to be rude and cause problems or additional work to a customer. Just drop the packages in a respectful manner, ensure the drop spot is clear and carry on your with your business.

I am not very impressed with the postal service and I am really angry. I have an important letter that was sent out 2/4/23 addressed to a Covington, TN resident and here it is 2/10/23 and it still hasn't arrived. It should have been here if not Monday at least Tuesday. Thus is ridiculous and needs to be addressed by someone in charge and knows what they are doing.

I scheduled an appointment to have a passport completed. The appointment was made weeks prior to the day. We got to the post office 15 minutes earlier than appointment as stated in the email. We were told the employee did not show up for that timeslot that we were given. They told us to come back in an hour. We are now passed that time spot. This is so not professional to make an appointment for someone and not be there for that person. There was time from work for this

Have not received ANY mail since June 29, 2022. Neighbors are receiving their mail. I should have received bank statement, bills, medical information, TN Dept. of Rev. Vehicle Services Division, etc. There have been issues with this postal carrier since we moved here. This situation should be investigated and our mail should be delivered to us without issues from our postal carrier.

Saturday 5-21-22, I received someone else’s package my address is 1850 and this package was 1880. I put it back into mailbox to be re-delivered by post person. I had a package that was supposed to have been delivered this day and I am assuming went somewhere else! the company I bought it from, can’t help because it says it had been delivered!! Monday 5-23-22 my mail was thrown on the ground, not in my mailbox. What is wrong with the mail service. Will I get worse service because of my complaint?

Such a horrible post office and postal workers. They have had my package since the 24th of Mar and it’s not been delivered. They constantly hold mail until the delivery lady decided she wants to actually do her job. Call the post office and they just don’t care.

I am to say the very least dissapointed in our mail system! I went to city hall because my water bill came in the mail today at 12:30 and was due to be late by 5:00 today! City hall informed me that they sent them to the post office on January 25. There is absolutely no conceivable excuse for it to take 15 days to get to my home three miles away! This type of service is absolutely and totally unacceptable! You seem to be able to deliver all the unwanted, unsolicited garbage mail but can't deliver regular important mail in a timely manner! Very disappointed! I know you don't care and will claim that it is someone elses fault which seems to be the norm these days!
