I live on west van hook st and I stay in apt 1 who ever that drop the mail off is putting wrong apt mail in the wrong box's would be nice if they can do it right I've been waiting on my income check

Terrible post master in Milan Tn. We use the Medina Tn post office. It’s worth the drive. They employees are more helpful in Medina and are more knowledgeable about their operation.

This postal service SUCKS.....once again got a package and was notified it was deliverd on my phone.....Went to mail box to get it...NOT THERE!!!! Where did she leave our mail this time!!! Who the hell knows!!!! I am so fed up with Milan, TN Rural postal service. If I could I would fire all of them!!!! Oh, by the way not the first , second or even third time this has happened either.

A post man or woman didn't deliver package in mailbox like they should have, I called post office to report. Later package was put in mailbox but should have been delivered to house because mail had already been checked that day.
