I have a package that my phone has notified me that it was delivered yesterday, 2/3/22. Could you tell me where they left it? It is not on my porch where they usually leave them.

I now have three messages stating reasons why my mail couldn't be delivered. First one was that I asked them to take it back and hold at the store for pickup. Why would I do that? 2nd was animal was in the way. What animal? And today was my door and yard was blocked. I'm a stay at home mom. None of these are true. No one came to my house to deliver any mail and now I have 2 packages missing.
The mail carrier is not organized. She delivered my mail, then she move backward again to my neighbor mailbox. I don't like it! Very suspicious behavior of someone putting mail in mailboxes.
We have not received mail for 3 days in Shelby Forest.. I am trying to call right now but they won't answer and then it goes into busy signal. I'm tired of Covid excuses. Neighbors said female carrier asked what street she was on and was on Island Forty which is where I live. What happened to Bill and Tony? Get them back or find someone who knows what they are doing. I NEED to pay bills to avoid late charge. This is UNACCEPTABLE AND RIDICULOUS!!
As of Thursday Sept 9th, my mail has not been delivered for 3 days. I do get the informed delivery message everyday and have very important bills, and bank statements missing. I tried and tried to call the Frayser PO with no answer and I know that they are opened. It is Thursday morning and not a holiday.
Worst post office in the city they are always lying about mail delivery. I was told by a manager that the post office tell it lower supervisors that they don’t have to respect this part of the city because of the people who live here. What type of people they are referring to I don’t know
Item was not returned, had 2 items to be delivered to 3237 Denver Street, it was the wrong address , I was informed that that address didn't exist, Now one item was returned,but the other one was suppose to be delivered to an unknown address, why wasn't it returned, At the time I call to correct the address I was informed that they had both items.an the address was corrected,an would be delivered. Then a couple of days later , I was called an stated the items would be returned.
Only one item was returned back to the store.
Please help in this matter. Thank you
