Postal Locations

I recently moved to the area about a month ago. For some reason the majority of my Amazon packages are not being delivered.It shows out for delivery and I wait and wait and wait and then by 7pm I check the status and I find out that the package was returned to sender because the addressee being me is unknown. I CALL BS!!! You have delivered before but now at this point you are batting about a 3% for my package deliveries. Your mail man is either to dang lazy to deliver my packages or I fear the worst they are stealing them. That is an assumption not an accusation!!!! I will be contacting the Post Master General in regards to this! I am beyond pissed!!! Y’all need to get it together or just close up shop and retire. At this point I rate y’all a 1 on a scale of 1 to 5. You really suck!!!

I am not receiving my packages and they say delivered. Have called and called the post office and no one is answering!!!! This is crazy!!!

Does anyone work there and answer the phone?????

Dear mailman, We take care of an 80 year that is bedridden and on hospice. Sorry to inconvenience you to have to drive by the nurse's truck and turn the steering wheel a little to the right for the mailbox. When my mother dies, I am sure things will be easy for you.

This is the 5th day with no mail delivery. USPS of Maryville is not answering their phone. What's going on?

We should not have to submit a request for mail delivery. The post office has become as inept as every other gov org. They need to be privatized because the gov does not know how to run anything. We have not receive mail for at least three day on my street.

It seams that we have been having trouble with getting mail, almost every other day we don't get any so I don't know if we just didn't get any or it's not run, here it is 7:21 pm and no mail

Not very happy with the usps service we have been getting. The last few months since our mail lady retired , our mail service has sucked. They don’t get out of the vehicle to bring packages or for you to sign for certified letters. I was standing at my gate , when they left the notification for the letters in the mailbox, and it said they could not get in the yard. Thats a lie. That’s just lazy. The postal service has really went to hell.

Dropped off at post office Keller Lane Maryville TN a forwarding address for vacation starting Jan 14 from 2917 Rambling Rd Maryville 37801 to 185 Portside Way Ocean Breeze Fl 34957 I have not received any mail at my vacation address since Jan 14.

I have been made aware that contractors resounding for delivery USPS packages is being advertised for hire on my neighborhood app. Are these people trustworthy? This seems very odd to me. Are they doing the same thing with our mail???

I haven received my mail in over 7 days what is going on. My address is 321 Teton way Maryville tn, 37803.

I am handicapped & also in a lot of pain. My mail is delivered to my front door. This has been WONDERFUL for me. My carrier VERY GREAT. But he must be on vacation or transferred as I have gotten no mail since last week. 3 delivery days. My neighbors have gotten mail. Since my door delivery their boxes were moved to to end or My driveway to make it easier for the carrier to go down the drive by my house & swing down & out (circular drive) to their boxes & back to the &highway. I get no answer when calling thelocal post office & sent to the operator. 1-800 says to be patient due to COVID & trouble staffing, but my neighbors are getting their mail at the top of my drive. I am sure it's because no one told the sub or new carrier where my mail is to be delivered. I even have a sign on my mailbox to deliver to the front door, so he/she is not even driving by my regular box. I am expecting several boxes SOON & should have received some important mail. Please look into this so it doesn't go 4 days now.

I have a problem with my male part-time postman. The female is great, but the male is a different story. Even before the post office decided to only deliver packages, he would pick up everyone's mail and leave mine. I left a note for him one day reading to please pick up outgoing mail-it has been here a week now. I watched him deliver through my window. He took my note and left my incoming mail; he proceeded to take my outgoing mail and put it in my box with incoming mail. I spoke with a neighbor who said he tries to call her two dogs up to his vehicle and says he just acts weird. I want his ass moved or fired!!!!

Terrible service. My albums have bern placed in the rain four times now. I have a covered porch with a small table on it. Last nights delivery was placed in the driveway and the time delivered matches up with rain on weather radar. I am going to file an IG report

Just tried to call post office in Maryville NO ANSWER!!!!!!!!would like to know why they had a delivery to make and now the package is in Smyrna that's where it came from WHY!!!!!! It's been bouncing around since 12-08back and forth???????? Get it together already and please get it delivered when it comes back (which it will) I read the reviews for to late 😢😖😠

4 IRS letters never delivered now an insurance check has not made it to my mailbox! I filed a complaint and also called the number with no answer!

I have informed delivery and I receive a email when I receive mail, I haven't received mail at my address in over 3 weeks. I had a charge card and it never made it into my mailbox!!!

I’m having so much trouble with my mail. It is saying delivered and not delivered, put in others mailboxes, all kinds of things that shouldn’t be happening. Also, I receive a lot of packages and they are being stuffed inside my mailbox and I can’t even turn the key to open it. I’m infuriated right now. Just today an item says it was delivered inside my mailbox and it isn’t in there. I live in the John Sevier area in Maryville, Tn. I need someone to fix this

Called on Good Friday because site comment Good Friday hours may differ. No answer. No message machine answers to advise hours or direction. A message machine advising changes would be helpful in these strange times everyone is experiencing during pandemic.

Since Christmas more and more of my mail and packages have been misdelivered. With an increasing number of other people's mail ending up in my mail box. I can only assume it's poor training, lack of attention to detail or just a poor work ethic. Tried to send an e-mail to the local post master only to have the e-mail bounce back as "e-mail address not found". ( I copied it from the website.).

I'm getting an email from the PO everyday telling me what mail I am to receive. When the mail comes, I get half or nothing of the mail that I was to receive. I've never had this to happen until the past year and it keeps getting worse. Please help and thank you!

I haven't been recently getting any of my magazines in the mail .It's been going on for awhile. I don't like paying for them if I'm not going to get them. I called the magazine place and they been sending them to the right address. I've called the post office about it and a guy was rude to me. I think their to lazy to put them in the right box and who ever is getting them or keeping them. Or its happening at the post office.

The postal employees have done a remarkable job during these trying times. They should be applauded, not criticized.

I am missing mail and packages, one being medication. I had to call and have another prescription sent again which I believe I received today. I'm expecting a package that was sent on 12/11 from Florida and should be here by now (12/21). I know I am missing letters/cards also as people are asking me if I have received my card/mail yet. Please let me know what is going on.

My much needed lawn mower drive belt was in Maryville post office at 10:30 Friday and at 8:00 I still do not have it . why?

I had a couple of packages start getting delivered to a house down the street after living in my current home for a couple of years. I called the Maryville location and a very kind employee named Jason helped me get the issue sorted out. Thank you, postal workers, for your patience and help in these trying times!

I know right now it is tough on everyone but... If you can not deliver a package in the 2 to 5 days that we pay for then offer something else that we are not paying through the nose for and are not getting. Sent a package out on the 13th.. It is now the 24th and it is still not delivered. My customer is upset and I will end up losing business because of your delay. Unacceptable business practice. If you can not deliver what you advertise then change your practice. It is not all because of the Covid19 because this has happened often in the past well, not the first time that the USPS has failed in their job.

my mail has been stolen multiple times now!!!! the only way to get into my mailbox I with a key from myself or the mail delivery person!! I have reported and if it continues I will take legal action since no one at the office wants to help me!

My "mail carrier" refuses to deliver my mail, but it is not being returned to the sender either. I have put in several calls to them, but no one ever answers. I tried calling the 1-800 number, but the wait is over an hour. My check is now missing and cannot be reissued for a month because of the carrier and lack of interest in the public with regard for the phone, so now I am really in trouble with my landlord. Thanks, but no thanks, Post Office.

I have been at this address for 10 years. A block away has the same house number. our mail is still delivered wrong on a weekly basis.now they have lost a package. they say thru email that a second package could not be delivered. I was at home all day, my mail was not picked up or delivered. Now you can"t get them to answer the phone. It said a notice was left. no notice was found.

I've had yet another package disappear thanks to the Maryville post office. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that addresses are being read! This happens at least once a month now!
