Mail is always lost, I get an email daily showing me a picture of my mail but I don't get it..

My mail carrier @175 Bradley Dr. Lexington kept turn8ng around in my yard leaving ruts. She said she's not allowed to back up over 50 ft. My driveway isn't 50 ft long. I reported her to the post master. He said she won't do it again. She continued to do it. I was returning home and saw her. I asked her what her problem is and told her not to drive in my GD yard anymore. Now the post master won't allow her to deliver packages to my home. I have rheumatoid arthritis making it difficult to manage pkgs. Before she drove in my yard I reported her for folding a 19 inch wreath, shoved it in my mailbox breaking the latch. The PO shoddily repaired it. It broke again in a couple days. The PO refuses to fix it.
