I have left nice notes to mail carrier to no avail.......could you please ask them to close the lid to the boxes on Hickory Ridge Rd. I see many people having the same issues. You can't read wet mail. Thank you so much!!

Just wandering where my mail is. It has been 3 days and saw online that I do have mails. I totally understand about inclement weather but when will we see our mails been delivered. I have bills that I need to pay and expecting paycheck. Please advise.

It is Saturday, we have mail going out and got notified that we also had packages coming in. Notified that at 1:56 pm our packages were placed in box. 3:00 pm, I went the 3/10 mille to my box and low and behold, no packages and no pick up of out going mail! Why do they lie about delivering your mail? It's their job! We have been experiencing only getting mail when and if they decide to come down our road. If the currier doesn't want to do the job give it to someone who does. We have been tracking our mail deliveries for several months and we are averaging about 3-4 deliveries and pick ups per week.

what is the deal with the lemon and post office. Their website says they are open on Saturday from 8:30 to 12:30. It is 11:15 and they are closed. And of course there's no telephone number to reach anybody. The postal service in Lebanon is similar to the fast food industry. For no more service than they provide I don't understand why they're even try to be open. They obviously do not adhere to the US standard for the postal service. And the US postal service wants to know why they are going broke. Because everybody else will ship & provide tracking when the USPS doesn't provide the same services even though they say they do. People like to be able to rely on the businesses they use.

What is the deal with Lebanon Postal Office. I checked the website regards to my mail. It said it has been Delivered on Dec 8 @545pm in the mailbox. But, it was no where to be found. I have packages of stuff I ordered for Christmas. The next day, I came to look for it again, hoping its there, but instead nothing. I checked the website, it said, " it has been unloading at Lavergne Facility @1145 on Dec 8th. So the message is confusing. I call several times two phone numbers listed and no answer. This is ridiculous and absurd. It should be done a better job. People are expecting their mails to be delivered correctly. Something has to be done, PROMPTLY AND ASAP!

I live in Lebanon and what is the deal with the post office and not having a good contact number. Shame on them.

got a email saying my package was delivered yesterday 8/15/2020 and it wasn't delivered, I was home and in the yard all day!

I just received my mail today at 4:10pm. It was late and that is not my problem. The mail was all over the ground and if I had not noticed the carrier go by, hard telling where my mail would have ended up. This was a different carrier today. Other times, the carrier did not close the mailbox. The mail has gotten wet on rainy days. I have complained to the Post Office twice and it is still happening. Your assistance with this will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

For a long time now, I have put off reporting my mail carrier. He is nice enough, but every time, no exceptions, when it's raining our mail is soaked! We have to lie it on table to dry before opening it. Today it was blinding rain and he carries the mail out in open without any covering. The newspaper falls apart just trying to get it out of the mailbox without tearing it to pieces.

Was notified my package was being delivered on 2/15/2020 yesterday it showed it was at the local post office and out for delivery now today 2/15/2020. It says the same thing. MMWhere is my package????

Terrible can’t receive our mail put in several changes of address cards . Postal work tells us to call no answer to any phone numbers listed to the post office . This is horrible service

On 7-17-18 and on 7-18-18 I had packages that I track saying they had been delivered to 107 Blue Well Rd 37090, I did not get them since the one on 7-17-18 was delivered to 94 Blue Well Rd 37090 which I went to get after a clerk at the post office told me where it was. The on on 7-18-18 has not been delivered to 107 Blue Well 37090 as it was to be. tracking shows it was delivered at 147 p.m. which I have not received as of 0132 7-19-18. It is not my place to track down where the package is and I won't do it the second time when tracking shows i delivered. Two days in a row are no acceptable. I don't think it is the regular carrier delivering the mail because she is a great carrier by far.
