This again!!! We've had someone change our mailing address on our family for the 2nd time & your office is allowing it. We've lived at this SAME address for over 5yrs so...for what reason would either my husband or I have to change our own address? How would it make sense to any of you.... since you wanted to be rude with our daughter & her husband yesterday when they came into the office asking about it? WE DON'T LIVE IN OTHER STATE. We've lived in this space neighborhood for over 5yrs now. Ya'll are simply allowing other people to come straight in...fill out forms & BAM!!! Our address has been changed without us knowing. Last time we knew, that's a FEDERAL CRIME!!! My husband nor I has NOT been in the postal office for over nearly 2mths. I would've been the only 1 in there last & it's been that long!!! By the way....you're office needs more phone lines so the 1-2 line(s) you do have doesn't keep the "busy" signal the whole time you're open.

I can never get anyone to answer the phone. My wife had meds. That were mailed Feb. 10th from Humana were to arrive on the 13th or 14th we have not had a mail delivery since last Thursday the 11th today is Thursday Feb. 18th. My wife is out of her Blood Pressure Meds. I called today to see if they were at the Post Office, I was going to get some one to pick them up if they were there!! Guess what no answer I let the phone ring until it hung up!

Something appears to be wrong with the phones. I've called numerous time today and it is either busy or rings and rings with no answer. I am trying to track down a UPS smartpost that sent me a text saying that as of 817 this morning an exception occurred at our local post office and they attempted to deliver and left a notice? Our mail NEVER runs until 2 or so in the afternoon and there is NO notice. According to the tracking my parcel arrived in Lawrenceburg and the UPS here locally on 7/29 and actually arrived at the USPS at 529 am and the exception occurred at 817 am. I am trying to keep tabs on my deliveries because after a rash of several being stolen My regular guy uses common sense and if he sees we are home he will either put it in the box or bring it up. The man that sometimes takes his place is great too. But the woman who subs for him is ridiculous. I have literally been standing at my door and she will fill out a notice and leave it in my box no matter what the size of the parcel is. This is really frustrating.

Well Michelle Ford-Copley , I'm pretty sure that you are the person who told us to leave notice on all packages and spars because you said you had packages stolen. My question to you, is if you are " literally" standing at your door watching us fill out a notice to leave you for your package, why not open the door and alert us that you are home so we can deliver your package to you ? I assure you we would much rather deliver your package than have to write a notice .

I got a package from Questech Corporation today, and it had been opened. The order was for STONE wall plates which was a total of 9 wall plates. The package was opened and only 1 wall plate was STUCK to the sealing portion of the envelope. HOW does a DRIVER not notice this??????? So..my question is...where are the other 8 wall plates???? I started calling around 11:30 am because I knew the USPS closes at 12 NOON on Saturday's. Of course...after a zillion rings...they didn't answer and I called repeatedly until noon...of course...STILL NO ANSWER!!! How are we supposed to find out where our items go if we can't get a live person on the phone.??? NOT EVEN A MESSAGE OR ANSWERING MACHINE!!!
