This past Friday, 27 January 2023, I received mail for four different addresses other than my own on Ridge Climber Road. This is a common occurrence with our mailman. If I have to do their job, then what is the point of having a mailman? Whatever the issue(s) are, please tighten up your system.

I received an email based on the USPS tracking number which states: " Your item was delivered on porch at 4:20 pm on January 21, 2023 in Knoxville, TN 37922." The above statement is TOTALLY FALSE!!! I have been waiting for this (expensive) package and watched the mail truck go by my apartment. Package was not delivered!!! As a result of the nondelivery, multiple actions on my part are now required to obtain my package or monetary reimbursement. I am a retired federal govt. employee (66 yrs old) and it really pains me when the USPS states in writing that something was delivered and it was not. I guess the days of trustful and honest employees are over...just my 2 cents!!!!

My mailman, Mark, is refusing to deliver to my address just because it does not have our last names on it.. My fiancé has been waiting on three different pieces of mail to distribute to independent contractors from his place of employment but we have not received them after they were sent out over a week ago.. I suspect it is because they are addressed to the people he will be distributing them to rather than him. This is becoming a serious problem as it not only affects his credibility with his place of employment but also the people that have been waiting on these checks. This seems illegal to refuse to deliver to an address over a name on the letter. Never have I ever had an issue like this before and I have definitely lived at addresses where friends have delivered their packages to us with their name on it so why all of a sudden is this mailman saying he won't? He also has harrassed us with 4 different notes where he tried to justify why he is not delivering our mail. This is not okay and is becoming a very serious matter that we will be taking legal action if not resolved.

The mailman just went by with a pkg for me. I was standing in my doorway. So instead of leaving the pkg he left me a note that he could not deliver cause no one was home. Plus saying I owed $9.90 for a pkg I have been waiting on for 2 weeks. This is the same **** that kept leaving mail in my box when there was a huge green note from the PO stating my mail was on hold last summer!!!!!!

PLEASE stop changing the routes. I am on the 5th mail carriers for the last 3 months. That is ridiculous. I have mail returned that should have been delivered to me weekly. I no longer trust USPS to be able to carry my mail.
