Mail was not picked up at 7401 Palmleaf Rd. I was just wondering why. Carmen Stidham

Yesterday was the 3rd time our post person has apparently not come by our mailbox. I put mail to send out in it yesterday morning and raised the flag, but it was still there this morning when I came in to work. I have called the post office several times, including today, and was advised that she would tell the post person. It seems if we have no mail to be delivered, they just don't even bother to check our mailbox. What is happening to the US mail service?
