Please deliver to all numbers on Heights Circle Dr. New drivers turn right instead of left from Heights Circle Rd.

I'm missing a package that says it was delivered to my mailbox on Friday, Sept. 28. My carrier Greenbrier (Reeder School Road) has in the past confused my box # with a house with the same # on Albert Fentress Road before. I had to take a package to them just recently that was delivered to us in error. Amazon shows the package delivered so I'm out my purchase price because I have no way to prove it was delivered to the wrong box. Not a happy camper. The carrier needs to pay better attention!

My carrier Greenbrier (Westbrook Drive) dropped my mail on New Year's Eve when the wind blew it out of his hand. He pulled up and opened his door and tried to reach down and pick it up but could not reach it so he just backed up closed my mailbox and drove off. My wife and I ran out and gathered up all the blow mail. Some had our names and address on it. Please contact me. He needs to be spoken to about this horrible service. I tried to call but you were already closed.
