Lodge a complaint like I did with the Postal Service. Go over their head as they do not give a $h!+ https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm

Must have new delivery drivers in Fairview. Every day this week I have received mail for (4) different neighbors but none of my personal mail. I have taken to daily walks and delivering the mail to each one. Today again NO mail for me in my box but 6 pieces for the guy that lives 2 doors down on a different road.

We had a package problem where Amazon venders did not include our PO on the mailing address and post person was not able to deliver. The wonderful personnel at the Fairview Post Office took care of us. They were efficient and neighborly nice. They turned a hassle into a feel good situation. Thank you for excellent customer service! Be safe.

Live hear since May 2018. Have live all over the country for over 60 years. Since moving here I have had more lost mail and late deliveries than the sum total of all my pass experience with USPS. Discussing this with the online Neighborhood app Association, I have found 30 or more with the same complaint concerning the local Post Office. I am sign up with the USPS Informed Delivery and have experience Out for Delivery notification on a day only to not get them until the next day or two days later. Tracking shipments that arrive late or not at all shows they reach the Dickson to Fairview to not arrive at Fairview or reach Fairview and disappear. Never had a problem with the deliverer of my mail—- the late or lost Mail never arrives at Fairview from it’s last transfer point to the local P.O. according to your own tracking😀

My letter carrier is very nice but when she isn't the one delivering, its awful. constantly told my packages were delivered and they aren't. Sometimes I don't get them for 4 days after delivery confirmation, yet I search and search just in case. Sometimes my mail arrives in Fairview and then gets sent to Nashville before our comes back. If my packages don't arrive today my grandsons surprise will be ruined. And stop telling me I wasn't home for a delivery when I am.

Most of the time it’s ok but yesterday was a total mess I was waiting for an item to be delivered as the tracking said out for delivery (a gift for my granddaughter) , it never showed up stating they tried to deliver but there was no access to delivery location? The mailbox is right on the street my money says they got lazy and didn’t even try ,So I would just like to say to our alleged mail carrier Thank you so much for screwing up my granddaughter birthday

I try to call and get a problem taken care of. I was run through this ridiculous list of choices. I never had the thing I needed mentioned once. I could not designate that I needed to talk to a person. The whole call was for nothing, and I still have the same problem I started with. This is terrible..and I pay for this abuse with my tax money? We need real people to take charge again!

I couldn't agree more! I was trying to speak to a human,to let them know I appreciate our carrier.I thought it was something you could still do.but a computer does not allow that.

The post office gets no (zero) tax money. Postage only.

Absolutely, positively the worst mail carrier service ever. Tracking number will say deliver when packets are not delivered. I have watched the mail carrier time and time again put a orange pick up slip in my mailbox instead of walking her lazy self to my door to deliver the packages. I have complained repeatedly and nothing’s changed.
