This post office needs some serious help. They can’t seem to get the mail to you right stuff is missing all the time or they don’t deliver it or they deliver it to the wrong person. I’ve just had too much problem with these people they need to go in there and redo the people in this post office, and make the thing work like it should no wonder people are not doing mail anymore.

It's a joke of a post office. Never had a issue before living here. They won't deliver mail and say the mailbox is blocked when it is clearly not. Will be going to higher ups due to multiple instances where postman or woman is lazy

i mailed my tax information to Atkins Tax Services, Marion Va 24354 on February 23. They have not received the info as of today 3/10/21

I have had issues with the Elizabethton Post Office. They are very nice people - however. I never received my electric bill in January and to this date still have not received it. On two other occasions I needed to get a copy of a letter after they postmarked it for proof that it had been postmarked and was told NO I COULD NOT TAKE A SNAPSHOT OF THE POSTMARK. I called the postmaster and told him of the incident and he said I certainly could take a snapshot of the letter. I went in for a second time to do the same thing and once again -it was a BIG DEAL - and took over 8 minutes to get a yes. There is no law that states you can't take a SNAPSHOT OF THE POSTMARK FOR VERIFICATION. Now - I have a PO Box - I pay it every 6 months. They were suppose to send me a bill so I can pay. No bill and it is the 4th of the month. You would think the post office could at least deliver a bill to their own PO box inside the Post Office. I was told mistakes happen. You can pay it now. I said I need a bill to pay it. That became a big issue to get something stating I owe a bill. I am not randomly going to give money without PROOF OF A BILL. Well - first the electric bill, then twice with the snap shot and now not a bill??? Humm... is it deliberate so I would forget and not pay the bill and they would stop my mail???? Just a thought???? Keep on them to deliver a positive outcome.

I live at 219 and they keep delivering my mail to 215, despite the four inch numbers on the door frame that clearly indicate it’s not my address. However, most of the time the carrier crams whatever packages I’ve gotten into my mailbox, tearing and destroying my other mail. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m tired of having to conduct a scavenger hunt to find my mail.

My mailbox is 2185 Hwy 91 elizabethton Tn my mailman is leaving my mail in the box beside mine. My brother passed away and the person receiving my mail is not placing it in my mail box . She has same last name and knows the delivery person personally. I have not received credit cards that has confirmed delivery. My neighbor is ex sister in-law and any mail that belongs to me is either thrown away and I would like my mail placed on hold at the Elizabethton office until I can purchase a pi box or hopefully correct this problem. I need the items they were confirmed to be delivered. My son is getting married in 2 weeks and the mail I haven’t received is vital that I receive it. The credit cards and statements have been confirmed delivered but not in the correct box that are side by side and I’m not able to see when mail arrives so my box is conveniently looked through and the important and personal mail is not in my mail box. Please hold my mail and I will pick it up as often as possible until the problem is resolved or I have to rent a PO Box. Thank you for any assistance you can help me with until I can receive all my mail!!

I would like to know why I keep finding my mailbox open but with no mail inside! I receive needed medicine from the V. A. Hospital and I want to know why the mailbox is being left standing open and empty! Is my mail being stolen or does my carrier think a box of water is funny? I reside at 215 Lovers Lane, 37643

Got behind our postal carrier Saturday To our mailbox. Included with our mail was a Sorry We Missed You While You we’re Out sticker Stuck yo our mail....to deliver a pkg, which was my grandsons diapers I needed. She put the mail in the box but made no effort to deliver the amazon box. We were right behind her and got our mail as she pulled out..not happy. We did see her pull in a church parking lot talking to another mail person in their car

I live on Davis Hollow Road (US91N) I have never had a problem with an over sized package. My postman always brings it to my door.

No specific time no general time mail may arrive at 1030 am then hey it maybe like today 5:20 your flags up yet no mailman has picked up your mail out of your box? Unreal? Ive never lived in an area you had no clue when to expect your mail. Or who knows if your even getting it?

I live on Stoney Creek in Elizabethton. I have been having problems with my mail delivery. If it does not fit in the mailbox, they shove it in anyway. Several packages that I have gotten have been ripped open because they are too lazy to take my packages to my front porch.

To whom it may concern, I live at 216 minton hollow rd in eliz. I am having some serious problems with my mail delivery. If it doesn't fit in the mailbox it would be nice if the mail person could drive 100 yds and put it on the porch for me. This delivery problem has been going on over the last year and I have chose not to say anything but today really upset me when I go to check the mail and my granddaughters book had been shoved halfway in and left hanging out in the weather all night, it was all I could do to get it out of the box. And like I said it isn't the first time. I have actually had mens dress shirts,other books, boxes of items shoved in and left hanging half way out. That in turn leaves my personal property to be damaged by the weather or even stolen. I have even had them leave lg boxes beside the mailbox. To me this is poor service by the postal service. I took a picture of it today if you would like me to message it to you. This will be the only time I send a message. Next time it happens I will be at the post office in person.

I mailed a letter a week ago to Ohio and it has not arrived. My new mailman putting mail in wrong mailboxes and some things such as light bills not arriving.
