People at the window are always helpful and friendly, but they NEVER answer their phone. And whatever happened to "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." We haven't had any mail delivery in two days because of snow.

This new person out in my area is not delivering the mail to the correct address. I put the wrong mail back in my box and raised the flag. The driver left the mail in the box and didn’t even acknowledge the red flag on the mailbox. Please educate your drivers!
