I need to know how much it will be for a P.O. Box for a small size

I’m not even sure we need the postal service anymore! The mail isn’t delivered responsibly anymore. In a day of identity theft we’re having personal and sensitive information delivered to the door of strangers. We can just about accomplish as much with email. Checks are mostly direct deposit. And if the post office doesn’t get it’s crap together the next generation won’t need it at ALL! This postal service is a joke!

I live on Garnet Dr. And the mail, for the last 2 weeks has been delivered after 6:30pm. I don’t understand why this has happened. It used to be delivered by 3:30pm. What is the problem? We have a lot of older people, including myself, and people with medical issues. Why can’t it be delivered before 4pm?

I live on Hawkins Rd and I have a complaint. My mail is being delivered after dark and I and my sister A West mail is delivered after dark. We are Senior Adults and we would like a daytime postal worker to deliver our mail!

We are Senior Adults and have been told people are stealing mail from mailboxes around our neighborhood we live off Southern Parkway neighborhoods. Our mail is being delivered at 7:10PM Why can’t the USPS deliver in daylight?

I have never had this many issues receiving mail. The mail box is not blocked and neither is the front door. Both of which have been used as excuses to not deliver the mail. Now, there is a vehicle parked close to the mailbox stopping the carrier from pulling straight up to the box for drop off but that has never occurred any issues before this new carrier person. The mailbox has access if you simply place vehicle in park and step one foot from the vehicle. I find this extremely frustrating since it has never been an issue before. I have pictures to prove my statements. The run around when trying to call to talk to a live person is extremely unprofessional. There should not be a reason for the inability to answer a simple phone call.

Both my neighbor and I have our mailboxes near the house because we are handicapped. We went through the right channels to get this have had it for at least 2 years.. Almost every time our regular carrier goes on vacation we do not get our mail. It happened Tuesday Nov. 6 and Thursday the 8. On Wednesday I called and complained and the manager said she would tell all those who split the route what was going on. Well it did not work we did not get our mail on Thursday. How many years does it take to get it right!

I live at 3511 sand piper drive Clarksville,TN 37042. The postal workers who delver mail do not bother to close mail boxes. we have strong winds many people mail is blowing in the street. Please tell them to start closing boxes please??

Not to long ago we had a package arrive in Nashville, then the city where we live to Memphis, then to Indy, then back to Nashville and then came to our house. Now I am expecting a package from Amazon using USPS for an item that needs to be installed to keep my homeowners insurance in the next 5 days and on amazons website it stated that it was out for delivery today, now it states that it was attempted to be delivered but no person other than my family walked anywhere on my property or came to my door (I have cameras) now it is a at usps facility for pickup but I do not have a card or which of the 3 facilities I need to go pickup my package!!!!!!! Management needs to change!!!!!

Called today to Check on a package and man that answered the phone was shockingly rude. This was about 115pm on 1/21/21. Like , SHOCKING, never been spoke to like that in my life ,RUDE. and out of no where. Asked for my tracking number and I started giving it to him and he WENT OFF SCREAMING. “Ma’am I JUST ASKED FOR YOUR TRACKING AND YOU JUST START RATTLING OFF NUMBERS!!! AT LEAST LET ME GET A PEN AND SAY THE NUMBERS FOUR AT TIME!!! “ I was speechless. I literal said 3 numbers before he started screaming at me and he literally asked me for the number. Sooooooo disrespectful. . Not only as an employee but as a Human being.

I put in a. Hold with United states postal service for my mail starting two days before I was to leave. I also requested that all mail including junk mail please not be delivered during this time receive back today and what is in my mailbox not just junk mail but also first class mail. And this is the Mail system that we trusted our presidential election on! Of course you cannot get anyone on the phone to logic complaint and it doesn’t matter anyway because as I was told before they don’t have to deliver mail to my door

I have called the Wilma Rudolph Blvd Office at least 3 times in the last 45 days about mail with the wrong address being delivered to my residence. I was unable to speak to the Post Master because she was in a meeting, per the person answering the phone. I called 3 different days and times and got the same answer the "she's in a meeting". One of the people that I spoke to, stated that my complaint was passed onto an inspector to investigate. On 20 Oct 2020, a Time Sensitive package with a UPSA Tracking # was delivered to my address but the address on the package is not mine. I wonder were my mail is being delivered to. The United Postal Service used to be a proud, respected service when I was growing up. Now it's an over-budgeted burden and waste of tax-payers money to provide a substandard service to the American public.

I move to Louisiana had my mail transfer here. It’s been 2 weeks no mail yet. And we receive a lot of mail at the address in Clarksville, Tn. Please can we get our mail.

This is why our postal services are going broke . 1. Employees attitudes 2. Not caring if packages get delivered on time 3.postal service workers just not loving there jobs I for one will start using other mailing options as I’m tired of our postal service here in Clarksville and Nashville attitudes and obviously not being able to do there job in a timely manor. The phones we ordered have been between Nashville and Clarksville for three days and now we have to wait till after Memorial Day. Thank for ruining my daughters bday gift and flat not caring when I called.

Our regular carrier has broken the handle on our mailbox. I watched it happen. I have tried to put a substitute handle on the box until I could get it fixed. I have a cast iron mailbox that shouldn't break with normal use. The carrier slams the box open and slams it shut. The handle fell to the road last week. Now I received a letter that it had to get fixed by 5/30. The only to fix this situation is to weld (if possible) the cast iron handle back to the cast iron door on the box. I called the only welder in town. They don't know when they could get here due to their busy season. They also told me it would cost a minimum of $100 just to come to the house. That does not include the work. I DID NOT BREAK IT!! The carrier broke it by slamming it, she broke the existing weld. I cannot take the mailbox to the welder because of the size. It is a light pole/mailbox combination and all pieces are welded together. It is about 10-12 feet tall. Please help.

I have not received any mail in two weeks. I've contacted the post office and I have not received any feedback or explanation as to why. My mail is posted on my dash board but doesn't come to my mail box.

Several orders from Amazon going to Ft Campbell, KY 42223 get changed to read Clarksville, TN and subsequently do not get delivered. How can we get those care packages delivered to our soldier and returned to sender or how can we get Amazon to realize that their database is not correct. Thanks.

I'm from CA, and due to a lost pkg., I've called the Clarksville, TN Post Office twice this past week. Guess I'm just not used to your Great Southern Hospitality. Both times, the Postal Workers were just so kind and helpful - wish I would have taken their names, because it was a complete pleasure speaking with them.
