Typically, I seek to be longsuffering but the service from this local branch has become worse and worse. From delayed service, to leaving packages in the rain, to not delivering packages or even attempting to deliver them because they are "too large", the service from this branch is pitiful. By the way, the service has been this way for awhile, even prior to Covid.

I totally agree! This branch of the post office is the worst when it comes to getting your mail delivered! I've personally gone inside the branch and made an official complaint only to have nothing change! Guess I need to go higher up on the chain ladder
