My mail lady that I've had for years was WONDERFUL! Now I have a new person & it's the opposite! Never delivers packages on time, says my box is too full to deliver (its not). I've had 8 packages in the last 2 weeks that says delivered but was not. Yesterday I got a notice that I have a dog so they wouldn't deliver a package from yesterday. Ive had the same dog for 7 years..its never been a problem for USPS, Fed Ex, UPS or anyone else. I have a drop box..they really don't have to get out of vehicle. You can pull right up to it. I still want to know where my missing packages are..? & It's pointless to call the number, you can't actually talk to anyone! 11-8-22

I was told by tracking that you delivered a package to me on 5/25/22 but the package was not delivered! My address is 307 Central View Rd, Andersonville, Tn. Please check for my package.

I have been calling for 2 solid days and can't get anyone to answer. My fathers mail is being sent back to everyone and I need to know what is going on. He has not moved nor has he changed addresses. Kenneth Evans 174 Lakeview Lane Andersonville, 37705. I have gotten calls and they cancelled his insurance.
