I have been having this problem for a few months now off and on, basically for what ever reason every now and then my mail carrier believes my address is not a real address. I know this cause I have received calls from people asking for my address again when they get the letter return to sender. I waited for a month for a paycheck and something else in November. And most recently last Monday I did not receive my paycheck that I get mailed to me weekly. the address has not changed since December. I finally got a hold of some one today and all they could tell me was " Oh well we will talk with the carrier and if you can get one of the letters that is returned to sender please show it to us" How am I going to receive a letter that is sent back to the sender? Answer that one

I REALIZE THAT USPS IS HAVING PROBLEMS, GIVEN THE CURRENT POLITICAL CMATE, BUT...WHEN I PAY MAILING COSTS AND TRACKING, HOW HAVE YOU LOST 2 PACKAGES IN A 3 WEEK TIME PERIOD? TRY ACTING LIKE A RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS.

I had an envelope come that had been purposefully ripped open and had contents taken out. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I moved from spearfish to lead. I changed my address online, had it confirmed, and set the date Oct. 23 to have my mail forwarded to my new address. The post office delivered 5 packages to my old address even after i changed it. Now i'm missing them all and my old land lord says they havnt seen anything or gotten anything. Very frustrating.

Got my mail shut off for almost a week without warning or notice until landlords called to tell us. Mail carrier constantly cuts through my yard (corner lot), then has the gall to stop my mail because they couldn't traverse my personal walk that leads into my home due to it being icy. Probably would be better if they'd just stick to the cleared off front sidewalk, then walk up the cleared off driveway to the mailbox. I guess the carrier can adequately get through the two feet of ice-packed snow while walking across my yard but the clear sidewalk is too much to handle.

One year ago when I moved my family into our rental house the mail carrier was not delivering due to some turmoil with the previous tenant... Now I have found out by tracking some college text book packages that they are once again holding my mail without notice of any kind for well over a week! The inconvenience caused here is inexcusable, I would love to have received a phone call or letter. Yes, customer service is that easy.
