There’s a certain worker that when I receive a package and the tracking says it’s been delivered. They wouldn’t notice my box that it has been delivered and when I ask about it they deny it and say nothing came in. How do I report a usps worker for stealing mail? This isn’t the first time, this worker gets angry and impatient with me. Customer service should be a priority but apparently not here. I will throw hands if necessary.

How do I go about reporting mail transport damaged goods? I ordered a Dell INSPIRON N5110 laptop screen from amazon, order # 102-9069633-9951405, and I picked up the part at my post office. It arrived on 1-18-17. I noticed the package box was smashed in a little, on one corner, but just scanning the screen I thought it was okay. I took the part to our local college IT to fix my lap top, they called me later and reported that the screen was damaged already.
