I have not received any mail this week. I know I have mail that should have been delivered because I have the email service from the post office listing the mail to be delivered each day. Where is my mail?

Got 2 notices in mailbox today saying ‘’SORRY WE MISSED YOU!’’ Well we were home when the mail came and nobody came to deliver a certified letter. The motto is wrong!!! Guess they don’t get out of car even to deliver certified mail if it’s raining. Oh and by the way it says above that postal workers don’t see this. MAYBE THEY SHOULD!!!
My package was delivered today tracking #9405511202555650074075 with severe damage. the box had been ripped open, taped back together, then ripped open again with a huge gaping hole when left at my home. Of course no way to know when in route this damage occurred but obviously there are some people who have no respect for their job or the property being entrusted to them to deliver with reasonable care. In addition I would at least expect the Seneca post office management to contact me and give some attention to the issue. Very disappointed in the service from the postal service. I would like to attach a photo of the damage but see there is no option to do so.
2/1/2020. Waited all day for package delivery that required signature. Sat 10 feet from open front door. Dog never barked. In my mailbox was a slip saying they attempted delivery.
That's BULL____! I AM REALLY ANGRY.
We ordered a change of address starting on May 5,2019.
The new owners of our house brought us a box full of mail that has been delivered to us there since the move. We have each received official notices from USPS that they received our change of address. We have received a few pieces of forwarded mail in the last two weeks.
We have notified most of our associates iof our address change .

Problem with mailboxes not being closed and with that we have not received mail and mail going out has not reached where it was to go. I left a note on my box to please close the door as my mail did get wet but today it was left open and flag not put down again, anyone else having a problem with this besides one other person along Sitton Mill rd ?
I placed an order through Amazon last week, and it was said to be delivered to a parcel locker at my apartment complex on Friday 4/6. I went to check, and there was no key to the parcel lockers left for me; however, multiple boxes were left open with packages inside of them. I contacted the Seneca Post Office at 10am Monday 4/9 to report this, and the person I talked to assured that a key would be placed in my mailbox today and I would receive my package. I went to check, and there was no key left, multiple parcel lockers still open, and my package nowhere to be found. I tried calling a total of 15 times between 4:00 and 4:40, and my call was consistently declined as the “user was busy”. A little suspicious considering the office closes at 5pm today. I have since called Amazon and had to report my order as stolen, which luckily for me they answered within 2 rings of my first call. I am highly disappointed with this experience with the Seneca Post Office.
It seems like every day, the postal carrier leave the door to my mailbox open. It is a curb side box and on Saturday my mail got wet again from the door not being closed properly. If you ride down Sitton Mill Road you will see numerous mailboxes with their doors not shut properly and the mail is visible. Can something be done about this.
Our postal carrier from USPS is absolutely rediculous and clearly not qualified for the job. I cannot even recall all of the times that our post is put in the wrong mailbox. Recently there were parcel boxes installed in our neighborhood in an attempt to solve prior issues. Well needless to say this has not solved the problem but simply made it more frustrating. We as tenants are delivering packages to various buildings because the postal carrier cannot do their job. I assure you we do not pay for additional postage to ensure our items arrive on time only for the carrier to place it in the wrong boxes all together. Our packages are now locked in one of the four parcel boxes which are locked and we cannot get to. This problem needs to be fixed!
