There is a priority mail envelope that is addressed to me that has NOT been delivered. I followed the tracking number, on the internet, and it says it was delivered. It has NOT been delivered. I went to 6th Street PO and got no results. It is now 5 days later and still no delivery.
I have been calling the NORTH MYRTLE BEACH post office for the last five hours and no one is answering I got notification of two packages delivered at 11:30 this morning at my door and I have been home all day and they are not here
I live in the Spinnaker building in NMB, and our post person NEVER takes the mail that is put where she can grab it to take to the post office. Is this supposed to happen?
She has been asked repeatedly by the building manager to take it. Please reply so that I know if we should be leaving the mail there. In the past the other person took it so I do not understand what changed. Thank you for your help
Do not bother to call because they do not answer the phone at the NMB post office. I needed to speak with someone but it wasn't going to be on the phone. I have no clue why they even have the number available. Save yourself the aggravation and just go to the post office for whatever it is and don't even try to call.
Had a change of address on August 31, 2021 x to date, my wife nor I have received one piece of mail. Why not, and what is the hold up? I am waiting for checks, payment notices, driver’s licenses, tax papers. When I have called (never received any returned call), even when I appeared in person at the North Myrtle Beach, it seems like no one within the Post Office really cares.
Please return my calls (330-618-4792) or respond to this e-mail concerning a rusted off post to support our cluster mailboxes (total of 23) for the Woodmere neighborhood in N.Myrtle, it has been broken for 2 weeks! I need to know who is responsible and what guidelines to follow as far as the repairs!! The boxes are fine, we just want the post welded or supported in some way, we have only temporarily supported it with wood and screws. We need to know if someone can repair the post or if we need to call a contractor now on our own and fix it in the best manner that WE (HOA) choose! Thanks!
It would be helpful if the people at North Myrtle Beach would actually answer the phone!!! I called 3 times and the phone rang for 3 minutes and 30 seconds all 3 times and then the call was cut off. I'm calling because I had a key in my mailbox for a package, and it didn't fit ANY of the 15 or so mailboxes there. The numbering system at my Colonial Charters mailboxes is so screwed up. The key said it was in box 4p. There are THREE boxes labeled 4p. Some boxes have both a number and another label like 2p on the box, all on the same box!! Now, I can't get anyone to pick up the phone at the North Myrtle Beach post office!!!
Please resolve this long overdue response. What can I not receive temporary mail forward or informed delivery? Issue of incorrectly coded was supposed to be resolved weeks ago. But still cannot - and can I reach anyone on 6th ave NMB office. This is awful .
Today I called and thought I had left my Make-up at the North Myrtle Beach Post Office. Jason picked up my call and he said he would look, it ended up not being there, but I am totally impressed that he would do this.
Just had very special attention from David at the USPS on 6th Avenue. He found a package that could not be delivered and made sure it would be delivered to our house with our regular mail. His time and effort made my day! Thanks for the great customer service!!!
Very poor service help there today. Needed a label to mail package. Postal worker male working afternoon of 3/27 in the rightcubicle told me I would have to buy a label and sent me to an unmanned place in the post office. I had to go to Fed Ex to mail my package. Very rude and unprofessional!!!
I am livid I have received notice that my package arrived Thursday at 9:46 that I never received. Also I have not gotten my medicine or court papers. Something needs to be done about this carrier. Thank you. My address is 1025 Plantation Dr unit 2423 Little River, SC
We are livid too! GPS tracking shows our package is at the mailbox at our condo. It is a box that should be in one of the larger mailboxes and we should have a key in our regular mailbox to open it. There is no key. The mail carrier must have put the key in the wrong mailbox. We have been trying to get someone to help us since Friday!

Worst mail service in history. Phones are never answered,always busy signal or just rings. Mail carrier assumed I had mixed and sent ALL MY MAIL BACK which should be a Federal offense. Nothing but trouble with the mail service the entire 5 years I've lived here. You cannot speak yo anyone. They send you from post office to post office when you have a complaint. Totally avoiding customers.
