It's obvious that I'm not the only one having problems with the mail in the past year. I wonder what happened, everything was going great, no problems at all, until about 6 months ago. Mail carrier not picking up outgoing mail, packages damaged or like yesterday, the contents of my package were removed, very obvious there was nothing in the package, and it was placed in my mailbox anyway. I have contacted the postmaster general 2 months ago. I really think that they are doing it on purpose. Hard to believe anyone could be that incompetent.
There is very poor management here and I am certain it is happening at many other establishments. The idea that they can work the best workers for 9 days straight and no day off, is INSANE and unethical. This is why these government-based organization cannot keep great help because they abuse the ones that are dependable. This is not the way to treat your employees. This is grounds for IG complaints with hopes of getting some help to better assess the situations and needs of the employees. This is why you see revolving doors anymore and the best help is being abused due to their great work ethic and should be rewarded for such. Instead, you insist on treating them like slaves because they are great at what they do, come on! There is a better way, and it has to start from the top!! I refuse to see my love ones or any family member maintain a position for this organization. Do better and you get better results!!!
Dont know wth is going on with these stupid drivers but my packages was supposed to be delivered yesterday 4/1 USPS DELAYED MY PACKAGE SAID I’d receive today well today no package the excuse was they couldn’t access the location but there was paper mail in the box these heffers be lying & they need to deliver the mail on time & on the exact day or get another job 😡
I have reported your post office to the United States office of inspector General. Hopeful in Jesus name the mail theft will stop and I can get one piece of mail and others won't experience the criminal behaviors you folk allow . Blessings may God's mercy cover you and those that believe in theft
what's going on with mail service is very bad no mail in 3 days.They didn't stop at 8 mailboxes straight just ran right by on 10/12/2021 at 6;39 pm.We don't get any service half of the time.I have been calling all day 10/13/2021 no answer.In Springhill Plantation Very concern about that suppose to come by mail lights.water and others
Highly unsatified with usps deliveries. Had 2 packages tracking stated delivered @ 10:31pm <yea right> on a friday. Waited extra days and then contacted senders. They refunded items. Items came wednesday. Hassle having to repay for items. Time consuming. Today i see item delivered yesterday @ 6:30 am <yea right again> that is not here ...wtf is wrong with this picture. At the very least dont state delivered when not. Late is one thing BUT Outright lying is another . Wonder if carrier does that to stay out of trouble with late deliveries? No matter...SUCKS! USPD FAILED.
Did not receive important First Class Mail in December,like credit card bills,and a bank statement.Now I am receiving notices of places I have already paid and I cannot check to see if the check cleared because I have no bank statement for the month of December.Have not been able to talk to a person at the bank to get a new one.Very upsetting.This has happened to many times and all I hear are excuses.That does not help me or pay my late fees.
I know a job is not suppose to discriminate , but they have a hispanic women who always puts a whole stack of mail in my box that’s says on the stack do not deliver on it postal written I know we all are humans and make mistakes but this cannot be a human who has knowledge and understanding and when I have watch citizen comes into the post office complains about her and she still does it I wonder if they ever talk to her they need to take her off the road and let the supervisor go because she has a nasty disposition about her self i wonder how some of them get employed there oh I forget it might be the busy buddy system because no way they had any training . Sometimes I drive all the way to goose creek for friendly service.
A class is needed for the employees on customers service on their tone when they are answering the phone or addressing issues. She doesn't end the call with a goodbye or bye, she hangs up on the caller.
One would think that a mail carrier that is responsible for the delivery of mail would be attentive and held accountable for doing so properly! It seems fairly simple...the numbers on the mailbox need to MATCH the numbers on the items being placed in them...I call that a CLUE! It is understood that a piece of mail or two may get mixed in to the incorrect pile occasionally but when an entire road has all the mail placed in the wrong mail boxes...COME ON - YOU HAD ONE JOB! I still have no idea who has my mail....
