I have had my mail opened several times when I received it from my mailbox at the Arbors @ Brookfield pts. The latest envelope I received contained a tube of medicine from my doctor. The corner of the envelope was ripped open and the medicine was gone. I have had other items torn open as well. Today I received my Voter's Polling card..... 9 days later. I would appreciate someone looking into this. Thank you.

Extremely rude new staff member. Very poor customer service related to special services. Have visited this location for years without problems, but new young female staff member and manager in street clothes were not helpful and very rude. More seasoned workers at this location have always been good. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service! Very rude employees! I'd advise going down the road to the Simpsonville post office (it's only about 3 minutes away) and save yourself some frustration.
