Hi, I have a parcel coming from china waiting in the langley sorting center,according to the tracking info i have. The tracking number is - UT435030114CN,and the date of arriving at langley is 22nd NOV 2019,it's now DEC 4th ,other items ordered from china around this date have arrived,is this a customs check,will it take much longer. I understand that the christmas rush can be problematic with the postal services,but i had anticipated this from the order date i purchased these items which was OCT 12th 2019,i assumed would give plenty of time to avoid any congestion issues. Please any help to further this issue to a conclusion would be most appreciated and helpfull. Thank you.
