I have been calling for over a month and can't get anyone to pick up the phone. It rings constantly and then hangs up. No wonder the Postal Service is in trouble. Obviously employees don't seem to care and no matter how much you complain it falls on deaf ears!

Packages not delivered, excuse porch not accessible. Not true, I was on my porch no one stopped or even slowed down. My phone went went off with a message that they attempted the delivery. That's our tax dollars at work.

We are constantly getting other peoples mail and missing ours in our cluster boxes. Yesterday I received 2 packages belonging to someone else but did not receive a package scanned as delivered for me. The USPS phone service is a joke and I filled out a service request form twice online and was told there was a problem, please try later. And they wonder why we don't trust USPS with mail-in balloting. Bring back the pony express.

Once again a missed package; Says delivered to front door/porch NOT THERE. No phone answer making a trip to PO tomorrow for their excuse. Now get this we had over the last 4 days a package delivered each day to this exact address with no problem. Just can not get good help now.

I am so frustrated with the service lately. I have been getting other people's mail in my box. They marked a package delivered and I still have not received the box. My daughter physically watched them deliver mail that day and no box was placed on our porch. It would have been too big to place in the mailbox. I have filed a case report and was told on Dec. 24th it was sent to the Lancaster Post Office and to expect a call from them, I still have not received a call and they refuse to answer the phone. I called the General Master of the Post Office to report the situation. I am hoping this lights a fire!!! I want the Package or I want the money I paid for that item from the Post Office!!!

We live on Camp Creek Rd, near Sapps Xrds/ Hwy522, the mail courier is always late, after dark. When we do get mail it is usually a neighbor's mail or vice versa. I don't know what happened to our previous courier, he was always on time. This happened before the holidays we have been dealing with this for over a month.

My mail delivery is amazing! This is my third Regular carrier and the change in them has been phenomenal. Even the Sub I had was very attentive. I absolutely love the Lancater Post Office!

If our regular mailman don’t come to deliver mail we don’t get any. He has told everyone about our and next neighbor s mail box. But today is 9/18/20 we haven’t gotten any mail in two days. 😠

I have lived in Walnut Creek parks section for 5 years and I am damn sick and tired of the horrible service. Can not tell you how may times I have not received my parcels when they were marked as delivered. Who knows where they wind up. I am calling today with tracking number for a watch I ordered. This really sucks. Tracking #9405511899563213998058. I want my watch.

This delay situation has made it extremely difficult for me to receive my vital medications. For example, I ordered one of my medications on July 3, 2020 and I still have not received it. Is there any way I can help USPS to identify medications from "standard mail?" I am positive that I am not the only person that has had this difficulty. Please cannot USPS aid those of us in a very precarious position?

I had my mail stopped from june24-july1 and had 2 small packages that should have been in box on july1 and one was missing and is still missing. Upsetting because I can’t get them on the phone!

I agree with the others regarding April. She gave me the impression she was the postmaster and she was the only one that could come and explain to me why we had a "dangerous mailbox". After making plans for her to come up, and not calling as she "promised" she would twice in the same week, the real postmaster showed up and saw my "dangerous mailbox" and told me I could leave it where it was. I explained to her I was waiting on my paycheck and she told me I could come down and pick it up. Now why would I do that when your delivery person comes by here everyday and they are paid to deliver the mail. Last week they didn't take ALL my outgoing mail everyday. Yes the mail was in the box in plenty of time of the carrier delivering my mail. Tonight I was waiting for an Amazon order that should have been delivered. My husband and I both work from home and today we were both home this afternoon. I received a message my package is at the post office awaiting pick up the post office attempted to deliver at 4:40 PM. Like I say we were both here working. There was no indication I would have to sign for the package when I ordered it. Why was it not left on the service porch like most of the packages delivered for the last 4 years? I don't think they even tried to deliver it and wanted to go home so they scanned the package and used that "excuse". I had better service when I lived in Alaska than I do from the Lancaster SC post office. Figure that one out. Very disappointing!!!

I live in Tree Tops subdivision and we have a cabin that is the mail drop. since 12/1/2019 I have not received nine packages and I'm very concern that the delivery person is not putting the packages in the correct box or the key to get the package from the larger box below. there has been several people who go on Facebook or the next-door web site and ask for their packages and usually no results. Now I'm not going to say that this person is being a package pirate but who knows! you would think that if this person is a good person and the system is in place we would not have a problem. now I get an email saying that the tracking number for a package has been delivered to my box and at what time, I would expect the package would be in either box or delivered to my address, my home. I have gotten small packages inside my box but in the pass three months I have been missing nine packages and that is a lot of money I have spent to get items I need. I have lived here 3.5 years and at first we didn't have a problem but lately its been a different story and I think it should be investigated. Or there needs to be a better system put in place. Please advice. thank you

I did not receive the package with the tracking # 9400110200881121947367.The email said it was delivered [email protected] 1.57 28th. It was not in my mail box. I checked it when the carrier left. I got one small package tracking #9400111699000433754969 . I was suppose to get two packages. please check with the carrier and advise.

I think it's stupid for the mail to run at 6:30pm on mcilwain rd in lancaster. On Saturday it's run at 10:15am. CaN YOU TELL ME what the difference is in the day. I was told that this does not happen by the postmaster because carriers has to be back at the office by 5 pm. This is a lie because yesterday 9/5/17 we were in the yard and mailperson CaME AT 6:30. I AM GLAD I didn't have anything important that I was waiting on. Can you tell why this is happening.???????????

April (she refused to give her last name) at the Lancaster USPS is extremely rude, unprofessional and sarcastic, and could careless for her customers. Judging by prior reviews, this lady should be out of her job by now and it should be given to someone who would appreciate the pay check, actually uphold the job responsibilities and treat customers with an ounce of respect! My lovely experience with this lady started with a lost package by USPS. Excuse me... the package was scanned in as delivered, but it was never actually delivered. I was told since her carrier scanned it in as delivered, there was nothing they could do about it. It was just my word against theirs. Like I wanted to file a false claim just to spend time not the phone with this lovely lady who has gives customer excellent service.... Looks like I can lie just like the Post office. VERY SAD. I wanted to file a complaint against the carrier, because this is not the first time we have had this problem along with the carrier not attempting to take it to the door, but rather, they scan it in as "package as left near or at front door", but leave it at the top of the driveway. She very bluntly told me my compliment would stop at her and that there was no further actions she would take to resolve future delivery problems at our address. USPS we would very much appreciate that you review this employee's job performance or retrain her. After two years of people complaining she still has the same attitude problem and nothing has been done.

I don't appreciate my package being dropped off at an address that is not mine. did anyone consider I didn't want to have contact with the person at that address? I still have not received my package it was suppose to be on their porch but it is not.
