Hi first off, a big salute to the great mail men and women of our wonderful country. I just felt like leaving a positive review for my local PO. You always deliver super fast, and my packages are handled with great care. Except there's one tid bit I have a question about. Is it normal to see cuts and openings on my packages? I know packages get damaged everyday, but something is off. These cuts and holes look purposefully done. Almost with precision in fact. My guess is its some kind of inspection? Shouldn't I have been notified of this? I'm not sure of the protocols at USPS but this has been almost all my packages from USPS. I haven't seen this kind of damage from UPS or fed ex. I don't blame usps, after all nothing was ever stolen, but might want to pay attention to your employees. I think some aren't in it to serve the community.
