I received a heavy package that was left outside on the door going into my garage. This door has a notice that all deliveries are to made to the front porch. If your staff cannot delivery it to the front porch, please don’t delivery it at all. I am a senior citizens who has back problems and I don’t need to carry heavy packages up the stairs to get it in my house. I tried to call the post office in Greenwood< SC and they don’t answer the phone. After getting their answering service they try to get someone for about 6 times and then the phone disconnects. This is not a very professional way to operate a business. The UPS tracking number is 9361 2897 1551 9371 3984 56.

My mail package supposed to be delivered to New Castle DE 19726 A54824 but for unknown reason it delivered to GREENWOOD, SC 29646 and stay there since October 20. When it will be delivered to assigned address?

First the mail is not delivered/picked up and then when I call to find out why, the call transfer gives an immediate busy signal - dialed repeatedly for 10 straight minutes.

Package was not delivered, said no such address on the tracking but delivered another package that same day????? NEVER answer their phone...awful business, makes me never want to use USPS and just get rid of my mailbox! It's a very sad day when people being paid by my tax dollars, don't care about their business and can't be bothered to pick up the phone. USPS...you can do much better than this.

I am just trying to find out the name of my mail carrier so I can leave them a Christmas card. My address is 3032 McCormick Hwy, Greenwood, SC Thank you

Several times now packages have been delivered either half way up my driveway or on top of my mailbox. It's only a matter of time before a package is stolen being beside the road, or damaged from weather.

Tracking said my package arrived at the facility at 6 AM Friday the expected delivery date. Later it listed a failed delivery attempt at 6 PM and another at 9:30 PM. I was at home watching for this delivery all day. Tracking posted the failed attempt at 9:30 PM at 8.50 PM. The carrier never appeared on my street at all after 5 PM. The postal service lied on the tracking site.

Asking about a package that wasn’t delivered for some reason but no one will answer my call. I have called 6 times and nothing! This package is very important and don’t understand how the area was blocked when i live in an apartment complex!

Reported a package that is missing was told they would call and I haven’t gotten a call that package was super important to me...

Half of my packages y’all will deliver and the other half say my address doesn’t exists. How in the world are you going to deliver one package to my house but then return the second one the exact same day saying address doesn’t exist. This has happened twice now in the last week. Really getting tired of this, and then when you try and open a case to contact someone no one ever gets back with you about the issue. I just don’t understand what the problem is. Would love to have a conversation about it if anyone would take the time out of their apparently busy schedule to talk to me. So yeah, would rate this post office 0/5 stars. Don’t use unless you like getting only half your mail.

Packaged said delievered but not to my house usps is always taking my packages to the other road that has the same name and i have tried for weeks now to get it and keep getting the run around this is BS we spend our hard earned money on things and never actually get them

6 packages said to be delivered were not delivered at all. I was at home and did not receive packages. Additionally at the stated time of delivery my security cameras do not reflect any delivery.

Got someone to draw a picture of a dog for a present and it was beautiful until it got sent to me, she wrote “DONT BEND” on the envelope and yet whoever brought the mail bent it inside my mailbox. We have the old fashioned mailbox on our front porch so they squeezed it in there and now my picture is crinkled up and bent and very upset that they could care less.

Tracking . 6pm Nov 1 located in Mn. for past three days -- Now 5:20 am located at delivery destination (That is fast moving) As before , you need a better system of better workers . Remember this is the computer generation. Able to track anything in detail until handed over to USPS

sent a fist class envelope from Miami. i tracked it all the way to this location but it stops there since the package never arrived to its destination. i opened up a ticket ( never got a response) and guess what now the package tracking number says label not created! wow so it disappeared out of the system. I really thought that someone would try and reach out to help but apparently not. valued memories lost with this package no amount of money can ever repay.

I’m not surprised or even upset when you guys lose my packages but stealing is another thing. My package arrived today opened and empty. I know a neighbor didn’t steal it because I live in an apartment complex and our mail is secured in lockers. These packages do not tear easily so there had to be intent. Also, the tear is undeniably the result of a finger poking in and ripping downwards. Please contact me if you wish to see photographs.

Please leave packages outside of fences ! Not inside

Do you always run 2 mail deliveries on Saturdays? Thought package was not delivered but checked mail again and it was there. Thank you

I'm very unhappy with this post office, I have not received my order and no one will talk to me about what is going on.
