What is going on in the city and the county of Florence SC? I have not received any mail over a week time and this is not the first time this has happened this year …by reading the other complaints. It seems like a lot of Florence citizens are having the same issues what has happened to the USPS? Once we make our complaints, the staff is very rude to us and does not have any answers for us. This is disheartening. Yes, it has been told to us that you are short staffed, but even with the limited staff …mail still doesn’t come OR other peoples mail is put in our box. I have someone’s mail now that I’ll have to deliver to their house because the mail carrier fails to read the correct address. Our mail is being loss … why is USPS so far behind? what is happening to the “smooth process” of getting our mail ? Also, USPS not even extending any apologies.

Totally useless, prescription meds for a veteran have been sitting in post office for three days.

Spoke to a woman on the phone she was VERY rude!! I haven't received any mail in 2 weeks, and I don't know why. I have informed delivery so I can see what I'm expecting. I called to see if I can get this resolved and instead of the woman saying she'll see what she can do. It was just plain out disrespect because I was calling about a follow up. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED and they need to hire someone that has more poise and grace when talking to these customers about their issues.

mail is not being picked up or delivered at our location and I want to know why. It should be daily except on saturdays, Carriers just don't care about business, we have been in business 75 years and since the last few month the mail delivery has been bad. I live in the 200 block of W. Cedar Street. I am NOT receiving my mail! If someone would kindly look into this, I would appreciate it.

Not sure where to leave a complaint. But I would like to complain on whoever is responsible for delivering mail to East old Marion. But there is 3 different pieces of mail that I have not gotten! The first one I thought was just a mistake. But now there has been two other things I have been waiting to receive and have not gotten it! I would like to be contacted regarding this issue and find out what’s happening to my mail

The mail container for outgoing mail -blue box -on west palmetto /ebenezer rd in the food lion parking lot in florence sc is so full you cant put a letter in it.Evidently,the mail hasnt been picked up there in a while.This is not the first time this has happened and is not as secure as it should be.All someone has to do is reach in and steal mail ...This is an ongoing problem and the pick up schedule needs to be updated to protect the mail and allow better time intervals for bills that are not being forwarded to their destinations in a timely maner...

I can not get anyone to answer the phone. Lines are long and I just have a question.

I was suppose to received a package from the post office on the 16 th of September and was told it was undelivered because it was unable to be sign for which is a lie because we have cameras all around our house and can see the mail box. I'm gone to the post office for the package and they can't find it now. This is the second time this has happen. And they want to trust the post office with mail in votes what a joke

I was to get two packages yesterday watched postman leave one on porch. Then I get notice other package was attempted to be delivered at 6:50 pm yesterday. No safe place to leave it. My ring for bell didn’t alert me of an attempted delivery. My husband was home. Tell me the truth. It was not on the truck yesterday, bc you are getting too many packages to deliver.

We received the message that said my product was delivered to the front office and I went there twice and it was not delivered. This is the second time this has happened to me in three months.

I’m not happy because I have two packages that I did not receive yet it is showing as scanned and delivered to my address. This is very frustrating.

Why are you not putting our Wall Street Journal newspapers in our post office box, Box 3257. We pay big money for that newspaper. What good is it if you do not put them in our post office box. We have not gotten our paper for 2 days now, yesterday and today. They just put them up when they feel like it.

We get a lot of packages. Unfortunately, I can't recommend their service because 1 out of every 2 packages I receive states our address was inaccessible. (5 of my last 10 packages in the last 2 months) This is strange because on every single one of those failed deliveries we get our regular mail. Every time there is a failure the next day a different person does the drop-off and like clockwork they are perfect. Obviously it isn't the entire PO but one lazy person. Plus, do not try and call and get any info locally on the matter. They don't answer the phone and it says their voicemail is full. Calling the 1-800 number is pretty much useless as well unless you just want to talk to an automated service.

How much is the P.O. Box fee

Our carrier for S Ebenezer Rd route is about the best!!! She is always on time and pleasant to us in office. This little lady works hard for the PO and needs to be commended for her service.

Why is the mail being put out late all the time so many people have been asking the question ther is no excuse and iam constrrn also I get paid ever week all checks be sent out on tues and I never get it til sat I use to get it on thurs mail shouldn’t take long larger cities it doesn’t take them long at all Florence is a small town you need to check this postal service out it a on west Evan st Florence’s sc

Nobody ans the phone. 800 # is useless. Why can't we talk to someone or at least-E-mail our issue to Post Master???
