The employees at the Drayton location are hostile and show contempt at photographers.

Drayton post office has provided me excellent customer service and has gone above and beyond to assist/accommodate me as I often get multiple packages. Postmaster and Robert are especially friendly and helpful. I recommend Drayton post office.

I went in to mail a firearm today and had some ridiculous issues. I ship guns every single day, but they are picked up instead of taken to the post office. However, the one i had going out today was being sent to a military facility so it had to be sent registered mail. When I came in, a young guy was working the counter and he was SUPER nice. I have no issue with him at all. The issue I have is with the postmaster of this location. She was not even there, but had a folder of regulations that must be followed to mail a firearm. The "regulations" she had printed were the ATF regulations on classification of firearms, not the USPS regulations on which firearms can be shipped. So my Browning rifle could not be shipped because it was more than 18" long... yes, I'm serious... The guy working the counter apologized and was very nice, even said he wished he could help me because they could use the (very high) revenue for shipping this gun all the way across the country registered mail. Unfortunately, I had to go back to my car, in the pouring rain and drive 10 minutes downtown to the main post office where they had absolutely no problem shipping it...

I literally got screamed at by the so called Postmaster at this office. All I did was ask for confirmation on a padded envelope. I could not understand why they wanted me to send it Registered Mail. This person, female, could not explain it properly. After asking 3 times, she raised her voice and started yelling at me and showing me the difference. Turns out, its because the package was more than 1" high. I was so embarrassed by her POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and ACTIONS in the public. This post office had another worker there who just looked in shame and the janitor was working and other people in there. I called the USPS Customer Service to see just whom and how I file a complaint against her. I was literally yelled at and that was a Verbal Assault. I should of called the police and filed a report :) I have to use this office because it is Close to me. I have never been treated like this, anywhere and I have been using this office for more than 10 years. This is a new person to me whom should be REMOVED!

I use this location all the time. I find it to be less crowded than the one located on Church St. The staff at the Drayton Rd. location is always very helpful, unlike the post office on Church St. Drayton Rd. Post Office is the ONLY one I will use.
