Review? These people, especially our mail person should all be FIRED! Saturday there was not package delivery with excuse of inaccessible drive and steps-OK- there was Ice Storm but everything was CLEANED OFF-in fact I was on veranda and saw the mail person drive by without stopping. Today- my package was again supposed to be delivered-but was not. What kind of BS is this?
The mail delivery system needs serious improvement. Bill payments are late causing me to incur late fees, we frequently receive other people’s mail who are no where near our house nor do they have similar names. A package was supposed to be delivered to us yesterday and we were home all day and no package. Then we received a notification the package needed to be picked up at the post off due to inability to be delivered. We did finally receive a package but it was for someone unrelated to us for an address no where near us.

There has been multiple times when the package box is so full that we can't open it with the key. It is very frustrating. Then we have to leave a note and wait for a resolution.
I hope there is an alternative to this.
called because i did not receive a package that said it was delivered when checking the tracking number-person i spoke with said they would look into it and get back to me-didnt hear from them so i called back and got another employee who took information again and said they'd get back to me, but guess what-no return call, now it is a 4 day holiday so i guess im out of luck, thanks usps for maintaining your stellar record of not helping.
Priority express should have been received Friday the 18th. We understand it is at post office for pickup. It should have been delivered .we were not informed to pick it up.Why? If you can deliver regular mail daily, what is the problem with insured priority express. Hopefully it will be their monday for pickup. Why you are closed Sunday before Christmas day i do not understand
expecting a package last week from Amazon, their site showed delivered May 15, filed a complaint with PO, and it was found at Carolina Forest and actually delivered May 22. Expecting a package to be delivered today from Amazon, their site showed delivery was attempted but driver had no access to my front door or driveway, so I have to pick it up- my front door was open until almost 7:30pm and my driveway was wide open. I am not going to pick it up. I filed another complaint and informed them I expect it to be redelivered, that's their job
I just got a package out of my driveway. It’s raining and I was only going out to check the water in the ditch. Products in my package are damaged. I have a front porch why would anyone put the package in the rain? Sad part is, this isn’t the first time. Can one not take 15 more steps to make sure it’s out of the weather? Now what do I do with damaged items? It cost money to replace it and it cost to ship it only for someone to put it in the rain?
Our mail carrier drives through the neighborhood like a maniac, through stop signs going faster than the 15 speed limit. There are children in this neighborhood and a lot of walkers and bike riders. Tried to call post office to report but says there closed.
Most of the employees at Conway are pleasant and friendly.However one guy I hate to get.I believe his name is Scott.He is very unfriendly and at times downright surly.Jonathan is great and so is Michael Altho I have not seen Michael in awhile.
Yes received a text saying my package was delivered to my front porch!! Well there’s no package and Post off in Conway SC 29526 is opened until 5 pm on Thursday March 12, 2020 well no answer it says call during regular business hours which it is 2:28 pm right now call automated number and it’s ridiculous!! So where is my package??
Had a package delivered to my house with a different address on package. Tried calling post office to tell them to pick it up and delivery to right address but no answer. Left on porch hope someone comes looking for it.
Been calling this place for 4 days with no answer. I'm calling during open hours but the answer service keeps saying they are closed. Order from Amazon and got a text that it was delivered to my box. Absolutely nothing in my box and my box requires a key to get in it.. I cant believe this place is this incompetent.
I had a package that was not delivered on the 15th because the carrier said that I was not at home. I was sitting in my living room with my 2 dogs the whole time. She left a notice in my box. I requested redelivery for the next day and it didn’t come. I am disabled and have a new back fracture. I’m not supposed to drive. I had to go to the post office to get the package.
My husband tried to send off a package for me today. Conway is only open for 2 hours on Saturday. He showed up at 11:50 and the door was shut in his face.
I received an attempted delivery notice today. They did not try to deliver. It would have been recorded on my video doorbell. The carrier left a notice in my standard size mail box and notified Amazon that my box was full. The package is large and couldn't possibly fit into my box. There are no requirements for signature so it should have just been left on my covered porch. Hopefully you get the redelivery done correctly this time. The last one took days and me requesting redelivery numerous times.
This is the second or third time that I have scheduled a package pick up during my regular delivery and it is still sitting on my porch. I think this always happens when there is a substitute on my route. As with others, I have tried to call during business hours and they will not answer. It's no wonder the USPS is going bankrupt! No one wants to use them for mail delivery.

I'm waiting on a package to be delivered. It says on tracking that it was delivered at 1221 pm today. Left in or at mailbox. I got home at 130 and there is no mail, nor no package. I'm confused as to why it was marked delivered, but it is not here at all. None of my neighbors have gotten their mail today at all.
Amazon package USPS tracking #9341989695090077019743 states this package was placed in my mailbox at 607 Bald Eagles Dr. Conway 29527 yesterday 5/28/19 at 3:47 PM. It was not delivered yesterday or today. Amazon confirmed it was shipped and has the same report of delivery as I do.
Tracking # 9400110205383005344118 has not been received nor was it at Conway office to be picked up!
Answering services on phones at this location are all on closed hour recordings during regular office hours, so not possible to leave voice message.
I get a lot of packages due to the fact that I have an illness that does not afford me to leave my home much. A few days ago as my postal worker was TOSSING my packages onto my porch, I went out to retrieve them. She had the nerve to say to me :"It must be nice to be able to afford all the packages you get" I was flabbergasted. Today, she tosses the package between my banisters of my front porch, my window is right outside of my front door. It comes flying thru the air, barely misses my window and lands on the other side of the front door. Is she really that lazy she can walk a few more steps to deliver my packages. Me buying things and having them delivered I believe is job security after all. If she is that unhappy delivering packages and mail. Maybe she should find a new job.
Although priority flat rate box was received in 2 days from California, customer complained about shipping and says one item is missing from box. I personally and carefully packed all items and sealed the box. Package was delivered to a parcel locker.
Why it takes 3 weeks to try to get mail forwarded to my new home in Conway is beyond belief. In this day and age of computers it should be done in one day, two at most. Rude people who complain they have no help. Clearly a government operation
Had a missing package, Seems to have been going around in circles from Conway to myrtle beach. The Supervisor , Tamera , was able to send out an e-mail to the other office and get the correct zip code on it and get my package to me. Thanks a lot for your help.
I am being accused of signing for a product I recieved from the post office carrier for a product from snap wear I recieved of a patriot jacket that was delivered to my home .I never signed for any coat that was delivered to my home by this company only when I returned the product of this coat to the mail carrier to send it back one of the coats I recieved that I signed for that jacket .I am being accused of signing for a coat I recieved and never signed for .Only the coat I sent back to the company I signed for .So I want to know why your mail carriers are delivering packages I never signed for and saying I signed for that package I never recieved in questioned by snap wear company .Asking me to pay for a coat I never recieved from this company .Your mail carriers leave packages on my door step instead of knocking on my door to let me know I have a package at my door step .I have had mail that was ripped opened and jamed Mail in my post box where I could not get the mail out at all .Now your mail carriers are signing my name to products I never even signed for .I don,t think this is right at all and I am going to call a layer to compare all products I got from the post office this year to be compared to my handwriting to make sure that your mail carriers are not forging my handwriting on packages I am recieving out her by your mail carriers .Every package I got out here only a few I hand signed for .Not any from the snap wear company I ever signed for .Only the product I sent back to the company .So I want to know why mail carrier signed my name to a package I got from this company and said I recieved by this company and never ever signed for that product at all .
Very upset. Worst service every displayed from a mail carrier. I had a package that was not delivered went on pick up the package from the company way sc location. After waiting 15 min I was told it went back out to be delivered today. Came back around 4pm because the package was not delivered. The woman was very rude, I asked to speak with a supervisor she said it would have to wait an hour then a different one came up than the one I spoke with this morning. She agreed to call the carrier and they had it just to find out they had it in the office the whole time and had it returned after speaking with me around 10:30 that morning great service.
I got home late this afternoon (Sat, 4/1/17) and was shocked to discover a USPS Priority box sitting outside on a column by my gate @ the sidewalk. I've had numerous packages delivered to my address and if the package will not fit inside the mailbox the carrier has ALWAYS left it on my porch. My gate is not locked, not even latched (a push opens it up) and this is the first time I've ever had a package left out by the sidewalk where anyone walking by could pick it up and keep on going. I don't know who was on today's route but I'm extremely dissatisfied.
They do not come any better than Samantha, employee at Conway PO. This girl went over and above to get a delayed Christmas pkg to us on a Saturday! Our granddaughter was here for only one nite, and her Christmas pkg had not arrived. Samantha personally monitored the arrival of the pkg to her branch and called me when it arrived. She even let me come to the pick-up window AFTER HOURS because of the importance of this pkg. She deserves a an "atta girl" from her supervisor!
Out of my 6 years living in the area, I spent the first 3 using this post office because it was around my other errands. Now, I take the extra 30 to 45 minutes (traffic depending) to actually drive out of my way to another post office, no where near other places I shop, just to avoid this one completely. Not only is the office terrible at customer relations, their post men are just as worse. When I move, I won't miss them - at all.
Totally disgusted. I've lived all over the US and never had such rude help. I actually got told to come back on a different day when a gentleman wasn't there just because he was being very difficult and wouldn't help me out at all. They need to reconsider their staff, why work in customer service if you are horrible with people.
Women working in there are the rudest people I have ever meet in my life! Fire them and get friendly staff or I will be doing all my business with fedex getting tired of driving an extra 15 min to the next post office
