This is the most incompetent group of people I have ever done business with. Delivering mail is not rocket science. Look at the mail and make sure the number and street are correct before putting it in the box. They also are the rudest bunch of F***s to try to speak with. It seems the Leesburg road station requires passing an incompetency test before hiring. They are making way too much money for the quality of work they do.
I have lived in the Leesburg Rd. Postal Office area way before it ever came available since 1943. The last couple of years the mail carriers who pick up our mail & take it to the distribution center have been a problem. The outgoing mail is not getting to the addressee - & when it's a bill, we the customer, don't know it until the next month's bill comes in & you are billed for 2-months + a late charge. What is happening to this mail? Mail service is essential & some monitoring needs to be going on to make sure everyone is doing their job appropriately. Thanks.
These employees are THE most unprofessional, rude, overpaid employees of ANY of I ever encountered anywhere - with the exception of Eartha. The SUPERVISOR and another woman stood in the back laughing loudly and talking even louder about personal things while the line of customers continued to grow. Eartha was the ONLY person who would work. I FINALLY called back there and asked one of them to please come to the front as the line continued to grow. They are soooo unprofessional and rude!!!! What a waste of taxpayer money for their salaries!!!
Stamp Out Hunger food drive - we put our bag out this morning (May 12th) at 9:00 am. At 4:30 pm it had not been picked up BUT our mail was delivered. If you do now want to participate please do not leave us a bag.
The customer service manager at this location is very rude. I called to find out why a package was not delivered and she went off. ''Its already been sent as of yesterday and there is nothing you can do". I will never use US postal again!
