Postal Locations

The lazy postal carrier decided to fold my gasket set in half so it would fit in the mailbox rather than take the extra minute to drive up the driveway to the house to deliver the package. Needless to say, the gaskets are damaged beyond usability. Where do they find these people?

1/30/2023 615pm got an alert that package was delivered at 920pm. Impossible! To say at 615pm that it is delivered on my porch when it isn't even 920pm yet for another 3 hours. Needless to say, I did NOT receive my package still.

MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SITTING AT THE CHAPIN POST OFFICE FOR THREE DAYS. THEY WONT DELIVER IT. IT IS TOO COLD TO GET OUT OF THE TRUCK

I have not been getting my mail that I know was time for mail to get here. My address is 102 Heidelberg Circle Chapin SC. . I recently had changed my mail to this address from 1573 Holly Springs Rd Prosperity, SC 29127 Please check to see where my mail is going.

We are on day 6 with no mail! I have informed delivery emails that say how many pieces of mail I will have delivered for the day. What the heck is going on???? My husband went to the post office Saturday to retrieve said mail and the employee said we had none??? Ummm, what??? I know of 3 bills that were posted on informed delivery. Something has got to give!

I ordered a gift through Amazon and it for sure is not in a small box! Why in the world they decide to send to USPS in Chapin I will never know! It was 2 day delivery prime!! That was Saturday 9/11/21 should have been delivered. Got notification it was out for delivery at 6:33 AM then at 7:43PM delivered! Said it was delivered to mailbox. Well last time I checked, I don’t recall having a mailbox that would fit a pretty large box. Not so heavy but large. Why would any idiot leave a box at a mailbox on the road anyway ? I have ring and it was not put on porch either. So either postal employee has taken it or it is back at post office , which they can never find! Why can anyone ever do anything about things not showing up and employees not being honest about items? They need to clean house at this post office!! It is the absolute worst, even before the pandemic started!!!

This is the worst PO around. I'm so tired of the COVID excuse. We are lucky to get mail picked up and delivered three times a week. The workers in the office are rude and both the office and drivers have to be the most incompetent people I've ever seen. It doesn't even do any good to have the picture of your mail sent to your phone bc it will be days before you get it. If it's not lost in the process.

I continually am having my neighbors mail in my box and my mail is in their box which is around the corner. Our address is 106 Harbors Mist Dr - my mail was delivered to 106 Water Point Lane continuously I do not want my personal mail delivered to a complete stranger, mail that has doctors info, credit card info, and other personal information. Should I have any identity theft, I will personally sue the USPS . Either get people that care about their job that have pride in their job, or fire these people that do not care! The next letter will be sent to the Post Master General in Washington, DC and the Post master General in Columbia!

The absolute WORST excuse for a post office there is. I have had multiple issues with this post office but this last one takes the cake! Received a tracking text that a package we were waiting on was out for delivery. We were AT HOME awaiting the package. The mail is delivered and I get a text that the package is being held at the Chapin PO per customer request. This was time stamped the same time they placed mail in my mailbox. This package would not fit in the mailbox and the mail carrier was too freaking lazy to bring the package up to the house and place in on the porch. That is sorry! It is 9:45am and I have attempted to call the PO in Chapin multiple times to find out about my package and I STILL get the after hours voicemail when the business hours begin at 9:30am. I absolutely will NOT mail anything from this post office and I think it is time for us to get a PO box at another post office so I can skip this sorry excuse for one as much as I can!! BTW...filing a complaint does nothing.

These are the absolute most hateful rude people I have had to deal with. The ladies at the front are very nice but the ones behind that door are rude to the point I dread coming in there. So whatever mail is in the box they can keep it!!!

Purchased a 5 person inflatable boat and above ground pool. Mail carrier admitted to me that she signed records herself saying package was delivered to an individual at residence, which is impossible because no one was home at the time stamped for delivery. I have spoken to two postal workers at the Chapin site. The first worker no longer works there and I had to start all over again with the second worker, who hasn’t returned my emails after receiving documents emails with proof of purchase. They say that since the package was delivered, they aren’t responsible. No one was at home, so how could it be delivered to an individual at the residence.

There was no mail delivery or pick up on my street yesterday. I attempted to phone the PO at 803.345.5531 at 11 A M today, Friday, and two other times and got the answering machine recording giving hours of operation as Mon-Fri from 9:30 A.M until 4:30 P.M...Feel free to call back during normal operating hours. No mail delivery again Saturday 12.5.2020

This post office is the worst post office I have been at. I called to file a complaint on how our mail was being delivered and got told that they do not deliver to houses with dogs. Then I asked for proof in writing where it stated that they don't deliver to houses with dogs and got hung up on when asked for something in writing. And got hung up by the postmaster! I know that I can't be the only house with dogs that they don't deliver to. The postmaster was so unprofessional and nasty. Something has to change with this post office soon!

I have ordered a ring a couple months back and I emailed the company and they said the ring was delivered but I never received it.

I have had mail from my neighbors delivered to my mailbox on many occasions, even several in 2018. I have not complained. However, today a neighbor at 430 Caro Court brought me an envelop, marked "priority mail," addressed to me at 430 Highwater Court! The person who mailed it paid $6.70 to have this information delivered to me. I would like to know why mail, especially priority mail is not being delivered correctly? If I don't hear back from the Chapin USPS staff, I will escalate this complaint further up the chain.

There was supposed to have been a packaged delivered 22 Nov at 6:09pm to 197 Lockleigh Lane and was not. The tracking number 9374889685090293320856 showed delivered but no package on doorstep or in mailbox. Please check status and let me know. Thank You, Rick Daves

Post office lobby closed 10 minutes early when I knocked on the window they would not give me my package even though it was before official closing time this is the sorriest post office in the world! The service stinks and the people are very rude! I am going to only ship with FedEx and UPS from here on out pathetic!!!
