Postal Locations

I would like to refer to the person who can set up for repair of the handicap door button at the Main Street Post office. This door has not been working for several months or more. It is difficult to open and close the door when you are using a cane on one hand as they are very heavy to push. Thank you for your prompt attention.

"T MACK" is the best mail carrier!!! We are a very busy business when it comes to daily mail and packages, but he always makes sure all our stuff is delivered correctly. We are so thankful he is on our route. We appreciate all his hard work!!!!

My carrier has twice this month left packages small enough to fit in our parcel boxes at the mail kiosk for my condo at our office instead. I am handicapped & it is very hard to get to the office for me. I get groceries & medicine delivered to my door. FedEx & Amazon make regular deliveries here, USPS needs to use our locking parcel boxes for small packages!!

Too long to list but close @ 4:30 should stay open till 5, Want answer their phone, SOME carriers want pick up out going rural route mail, SOME carriers too lazy to get out of their cars and put a large package at folks door so they cram it in mailbox causing damage, Removed stamp machine from lobby…the US postal service now SUCKS

The post office mail box located outside the post office on N. Main St. In Anderson, SC is not collected at the times stated on the box. Today, it was all the way to the top with mail.

I live in Pheasant Ridge off Hwy. 24. Most of our subdivision's mail was not delivered yesterday. Last week the carrier put mail in my box, did not take my mail, and left the flag up. They rarely put the flag down so we have to check constantly to see if our mail was delivered. What is the problem? I've called several times in the last 6 months. Why pay increasing prices if the "delivery you can rely on" rarely happens?

The service in my neighborhood is terrible. The mail comes as late as 7 pm. And sometimes not at all. I've seenthecarrier go down one side of the street and not the other. We have an app. that tells us what's coming but alot of times doesn't come at all. Terrible service. Only sending one star, but not worth it.

Having MAJOR issues with the courier for zip code 29625. This person will not even get out of the vehicle to get a signature for a package. I have continuously had issues with this person and have made complaints to no avail. Now my package is sitting at the post office stating no one was home to sign. There is someone at my home Every Day 24 hours. This is absolutely unacceptable..... I would hive no star if I could!!!

I had a package shipped to me from Ghana Africa. It was shipped November 3, 2022. I haven't received it yet. I came to post office last week and gave the tracking number. It shows that the package has been sitting at the Pickens post office since November 13, 2022. I can't talk to nobody at that office about it, neither can I talk to a Live person @ 800 275 8777. I'm always sent to the automated system, where I can't get this problem resolved. The tracking number is RG 0429-566-53 GH. A postal worker that works at the desk, told me to file a complaint 360 cases, but I can't find out how to file a complaint. One time the automated services told me that the tracking number from Ghana couldn't be tracked through the United States tracking service, but one of the postal workers tracked the package to Pickens SC post office. I can't never get no one to answer the phone when I calls the Pickens Post office. Could you help me to get my package sent to my address. My address is on the package. It is a registered Mail. I'm having issues with my deliveries. My Mailbox door is always left open. Cars like Birthday, Mothers Day etc. are opened before I get to them. Packages are said to be delivered when they weren't and I have a ring camera to prove it. What is going on? I thought it was a federal offense to mess with peoples mail, especially steal from them I'm not sure who my mail person is but you need to check your associates.

Been trying to call about a problem, either number don't work or no one answers phone.

People are nice, but I’m trying to figure what’s the purpose of only opening on Saturday’s from 9-11a. m! WTW!!! Saturday hours needs to be adjusted. IJS

Would you please repair the potholes at the drive Thru mail boxes? Many people use the boxes instead of leaving it in our home boxes-it is much safer.

My sons grandma sent my son a birthday card with $100 in it for his birthday. They literally ripped my sons card in half took the money and the other half of the card. So all he got was a half a card with no money in a plastic bag saying sorry for the damage. All that money y’all make and y’all have to steal. I’m at work right now and I’ve been calling since they opened and no one answers the phones and the 1-800 is no help at all

Working people have a hard time with these hours. I work 9am - 5pm M-F and this makes it very difficult to conduct business that can not be conducted otherwise. By the time I get out and about on Saturday, the post office is closed.

I received a package in the mail today, I live in Springbrook apts. The package was a book, it was too big to retrieve from the front of my mailbox without tearing it out of the envelope and bending and tugging which is difficult when you're disabled. It bent the book, and tore the cover in several places. It was my birthday present, it cost 31.00. I wish I could post the photos here. I seriously doubt you really care or would do anything about it, but I thought I'd let you know.

I writing in reference of my mail being put in the wrong mail box number. I have had this problem fo quite some time now. I'm on disability and my check needs to be delivered to my box. My name is in my box so I don't understand why my mail is put in other people box. I hope that you ALL can kindly fix this problem for me. Thanks...

I do appreciate that my mail gets delivered to the right address. I have had mailed missed delivered along with mail of mine being returned because of mine being missed delivered. Meaning postal delivers are nit paying attention of addressee. All my health care benefits were going to be canceled because of your actions.

I sent a package via certified mail on September 28, 2017. The status is showing it as being held at the Anderson, SC facility because the business was closed at the time of attempted delivery. The package was to be delivered the next day the business was open; the business is a local government office. The status has not been updated since September 30, 2017. The package is a legal document. I need to know if it has been delivered, and if not, where it is currently located. My attempts to talk to someone at the USPS have been consistently thwarted by your phone system.

I'm having a hard time getting my account on line.pay my lox box 2764 on the 28th, and my box still lock.tonight tried to open my account, can't get on because of no account. Ask to get a notice when mail was in my box. Left my e-mail, never get a notice why so much trouble with this.

I am not getting my mail at 3101 Abbeville Hwy. The postal carrier is returning my mail to sender . I have complained however the carrier still refuses to properly deliver my mail.My water bill and power bill was not delivered and I have other mail that I have not received. The water company charges a late fee if the bill is not paid on time. The carrier has lied several times about why he has failed to properly deliver my mail. He has stated several false reason for not properly delivering my mail he said no receptacle, then need to move box to another address, then box blocked. This carrier has the wrong attitude about his duties.

The driver of truck 3651 on Dec. 29th is rude and disrespectful.
