I live in north smithfield. Our regular mail carrier is fantastic. I can’t say the the first the female carrier that does his route on his day off. Everytime she delivers mail to us that is not ours. It’s not even the same street. She just sees that the house number is 18 and pays no attention to the street name. We have talked to her about this a few times and she doesn’t care. We are all disabled and have a hard time getting around and we shouldn’t have to walk to the next street over to give them there mail and they never give us our mail they hand it back to her and she brings it back to the post office. I have called a few times to complain and nothing ever gets done. They tell me the post master will be in in the morning but he’s never there. I’m trying now to figure out how to do a formal complaint on her and the post master. You guys need to do better. I could understand if this happened once or twice but it’s every single time she is delivering mail.

I have not received mail in 4 days. I watched yesterday as the mailman delivered 5 out of 11 houses on my block. Why not do his whole route. I've been waiting for time sensitive mail and don't appreciate getting left out. 593/595 Bernon st.

I want to know when the mail carrier is coming to Mt. Vernon. Tomorrow's my 50th birthday so I'm wondering what time I'll be looking for the mail man to put the mail into the correct boxes. I'll make sure he collects the outgoing mail

I had to have my packages shipped under my husbands name for the male privilege. All of my packages showed up ripped open also until I started shipping under my husbands name. One time I didn’t answer the door fast enough to get a package since I was changing a diaper. Since then the post man doesn’t try to depict he just leaves me a slip. Then when I go to get my package they threaten to send it back everytime. It wouldn’t have to sit waiting for me to pick it up if they would do thier job. I’m disabled and work at home so this is unacceptable. Making a disabled person leave the house because of an overweight lazy post man.

I received my package in a plastic baggy. I ordered seeds and the baggy said sorry for the inconvenience to damage to my package. I ordered seeds and there was no seeds! My package was torn to shreds and all the seeds must have fell out when they ruinedy package! How rude and inconsiderate!! And all I get was a sorry.
