Postal Locations

It appears that even though a tracked 24 parcel or guaranteed next day delivery is totally at discretion of the post office. Why ask people to pay extra for these deliveries when the PO have no intention of keeping their agreement. They should be made to pay people back if the item isn't posted as paid for, Iam sick and tired of having to sit and wait for a phantom delivery that may come at some point, not what people have paid for and had an business agreement to keep their deliveries on time. It's a joke to have to wait days and days (having to say home) to sign or no parcel will get delivered at all. Maybe the government should take this PO back and be made to deliver what people paid for. What is the point of it if they don't keep to a paid for item. I wouldn't be expected to go into any other shop, pay for an item and not receive it when agreed. The weather is super too and there's no excuse to say it's delayed due to 'an act of God' ??? SORT IT OUT 'ROYAL MAIL'!!!!

I am concerned not there has been no mail truck in the Greenwood area for 2 days...no truck, no mail at all, very unusual this has been going on for a while any answers ?

I am having difficulty contacting a person or any avenue to ask a question regarding delivery. The phone is constantly busy and I don't see anything on line for me to contact. Please direct me to proper channel. Thank you.

Have an issue with my mail person delivering to my home. Put a letter in mail box to be taken, it is delivered to wrong address as this seems to be a problem. If there is no mail to be delivered to my home, mail carrier just skips my house regardless if I have mail to be sent out. This happens consistently, I have tried to call the office, no one answers. Really tired of playing mail carrier.

I just tracked a package that was supposively delivered at 4:28. I actually said Hello to the postal driver. I then tracked my delivery because I needed this very important piece.
