Postal Locations

Horrible service!! No greeting and as soon as they took my package the employee literally threw my package on the floor! That is not ok . I’m a nice person but that is just not ok and very unprofessional

It would be super helpful if this place was actually open when they say they will be. Every time I've gone in the morning there is no one there and the doors are locked. What is the point of putting early morning hours if the employees are just going to create their own schedule to their own convenience? This is extremely inconvenient for me as I work all day and I wake up early to come here only to find that its closed. This is the reason why I refuse to renew my P.O Box; can't get to it when I need to.

It would be nice if someone at this post office would ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE.My girlfriend (Jovanna Loveless) and I have both been trying to get in touch with this post office for the last several days in regards to packages shipped by USPS that we did NOT receive and complaints we have about the way our larger mail is being delivered (IE our packages have simply been left OUT on the top of the mailbox, NOT delivered to our apartment but left out in the open where anyone could just walk by and pick it up) and not delivered to our apartment itself and some have not been received at all - and we have both been HOME and waiting for these packages. There was even a package delivered TODAY that we did receive but, as mentioned previously, was left ON TOP OF THE MAILBOX. This is not acceptable. She is on her way to talk to them in person now. This situation has got to be resolved now.I, myself, will be in to talk to the post office here tomorrow, and a formal complaint will be filed if this situation is not resolved TODAY to my girlfriend's satisfaction.
