Today I received an envelope of important documents from the IRS that was left out on my front steps in the pouring rain instead of being put in the mailbox!! The mail was destroyed. This is totally unacceptable! It makes no sense whatsoever. The envelope could have easily been put in the mailbox!

It snowed last week didn't see the mail man now since no mailman thurs,friday and now sat put the flag up lol it's still up!! I live on the main rd and it's shoved. This is wrong.

Why do my deliveries stagger so much. Today I received mail at 5:00 PM. Recently I received mail at 11:30 AM. Other than that it is any ones guess when the mail arrives. One should have some reasonable assurance on the time for going out to pick up the mail without making two or three trips. Winter with snow and ice are challenges for the elderly.
