Service level is terrible at the Toa Alta, PR office. The counter employees are not helpful and not service oriented. A Postal Supervisor should monitor and take corrective action

NECESITO URGENTE SABER STATUS DE MI PAQUETE QUE ENTREGUÉ EL 21 DE MARZO EN POST OFFICE DE QUAIL HEIGHT EN MIAMI $107.61 SE SUPONE LLEGARÍA EL 25 DE MARZO hoy 21 DE ABRIL NO HA LLEGADO . HE LLAMADO Y RECLAME. NO DESEO EL DINERO SINO MI PAQUETE COTENIDO LEGAL. STATUS EN MIAMI Y NADIE SABE NADA.

Escribo este mensaje porque supuestamente el cartero entregó un paquete , pero no he recibido el mismo. Supuestamente fue entregado el 27 de enero. Necesito me lo entreguen o me digan que pasó.

Intente entregar un paquete y me trataron súper mal. Entro un cartero de los independientes y pretendían que yo saliera fuera del local por que habíamos 4 personas dentro. Yo estaba en fila. Y dije q no iba fuera con ese sol quemándome por que yo estaba ahí primero. Y no se violaba el distanciamiento físico. Llego la supervisora y me intento de sacar del local gritándome y falta dime el respeto frente a todos. Me dijo que mi paquete no sería enviado y que me fuera. Lo cual contesto que yo sé cuales eran mis derechos y conocía muy bien los cambios en la orden ejecutiva. La supervisora alega que en oficinas federales era diferente. Y le aclaré que en EU los ordenamientos y normativas de distanciamiento social y la capacidad de los locales era más flexible aún que en PR. La supervisora continuó gritando y prohibiéndole al personal que recibiera mi paquete que estaba previamente pagado. Procedo a dejarles el paquete y los hice responsables de su envío. Hoy 8 de noviembre oficina de Toa Alta. La empleada del mostrador a la cual le deje el paquete es L. Ramos. Si el paquete se pierde o no es diligenciado debidamente los hago responsables y es un delito federal. Tengo el tracking del label preparado! Espero se tome las acciones correspondientes.

Estoy esperando un paquete lo puse en correo piñas el día 15 de octubre para que me llegara en tres días y cada ver que reviso esta en toa Alta me gustaría saber que está pasando

Paquete #[number removed]7, no ha llegado, FedEx me indica se contactaron con ustedes para que hicieran la entrega a mi buzón, según indica el paquete.

Anoche se supone me dejaran un paquete con Número de rastreo 9400111699000116762953 y el cartero pasó pero no me dejó nada y ahora aparece como entregado. Pero a quien se lo dejaron, verifique con los vecinos cercanos y no aparece nada. Necesito me dejen saber donde lo dejaron. El cartero pasó cerca de las 7:45 pm

Definitivamente pésimo el servicio del área de Toa Alta 00953. Quiero que entienda el Post Master que le voy hacer un escrito directamente a Cataño y a Washington para que sepa que tiene a aprender hacer su trabajo o que su gestiones como Post Master están fallando. Lo único que se lee en este post son comentarios pésimos. El único cartero bueno que tenemos en mi Urbanización, si el no va, los demás NO SIRVEN. Y decir NO sirven de un cartero es mucho, todo comienza con el Líder que tienen, si el Líder no es bueno, los demás serán igual o peor.

El buen servicio no es importante para varios de sus empleados y A mucho menos para el supervisor del USPS de Toa Alta. El teléfono puede sonar y nadie con deseo de ayudar lo contesta. Dependiendo de la experiencia o deseo de servir del cartero es que recibimos el paquete o simplemente una nota para recogerlo en la estación del correo. Tampoco consideran si el correo está a una distancia de sobre 20 minutos en vehículo. REALMENTE ESTE GRUPO DE TRABAJO REQUIERE UN ADIESTRAMIENTO SOBRE CALIDAD DE SERVICIOS, COMENZANDO POR LOS SUPERIORES.

I am 60 years old. Went to the p. o. , At the line I saw and other people too, part of the metal roofing of the post office precariously swingiing on the wind , through a broken window of the second floor of what is was the p.o. I was in front already and told the lady that that was dangerous , it can kill somebody, specialy , us making a line , our backs toward danger. The lady point me to a young man I saw when I came in , still standing and talking to somebody and told me to tell him. ....I didn't see a name or anything , I excuse myself for interrupting and said ". Excuse for interrupting , my son I need to call to your attention ....and that man just burst, screaming to me that I was not his son, that he was talking that if I don't know who he was....I said I'm sorry, I just want to call to your attention the danger....and he point his finger at me telling me he was busy that I need to wait until he finish talking....well....by then ,that was for me, I explained to him that he should not talk to me or anybody like that, that he is suppose to represent and act with education,he walk aggressively towards me and pointing his finger told me to get out of the sidewalk ( yes , the sidewalk) he didn't realize my husband was near, when my husband said to him watch out, he back away. I was so disgusted that he acted like that in front of all, when I was trying to help.....I told him that I guess he got angry , because I did call him your majesty post master, that he need to be more humble and thank God for what he had. ......I went to Pto. Rico because a medical emergency with my father, after 27 years , I go to my beloved town .....to be treated so disrespectfully by this young , pompous young man.

This is the slowest USPS store I've been to. There is always only one person attending the public and she doesn't seem to have a sense of how much time she takes with each customer. Also, you can die calling the store, they never answer the phone. Doesn't matter the time of the day.

Never Never Never pick up the phone.

No one ever answer the telephone.
