Pésimo servicio, he tenido que buscar casi 20 paquetes más de una vez al correo porque han mentido diciendo que no había nadie en casa, cuando nunca mi casa está vacía. Voy a tener que hacer un reporte o dar una queja oficial

El telefono no esta dañado. Solo hay dos empleados y ellos mismos indicaron que ellos no contestan el telefono pq no tienen tiempo para eso. Ademas quisiera preguntar donde puedo reportar sobre la mala distribucion de los materiales de Priority. El servicio incluye la cinta adhesiva de priority. Pregunte en Ponce y me indicaron que ellos no la dan pq de esa forma el cliente esta obligado a comprar la que ellos venden.
