The postal employees (USPS) assign to Urb Monte Verde area in Manatí for the past few days and months has being placing mail, packages in wrong addresses. Including products purchased on different companies with a certain date of delivery. Please it’s being happening to often and the loss of time and money is very considered.

Be delivered to Guaynabo PO Box 1263 and on the usps site it stated delivered Your item was delivered to a parcel locker at 7:32 am on May 4, 2021 in MANATI, PR 00674.. This is not our error the address was correct . Guaynabo post office indicate we have to call you guys so that the item is sent to the guaynabo post office. But you do not answer the phone. Been calling since last week
El correo de Manatí, necesita estar al mando de gente responsable y que su prioridad sea el servicio a sus clientes. Filas larguísimas, no ponen carpas para considerar al cliente que todo el tiempo tiene que ir hacer largas filas bajo sol o lluvia. Los carteros no quieren hacer sus trabajos, y dejan los paquetes en el correo para que tengamos que hacer esas largas filas, cuando su trabajo es entregarlos, porque para eso pagamos. Muy descontenta con el servicio que les dan a sus clientes.
My concern is why there is only one employee working for customer services during the week and the line is very long. Many people waiting for hours, under the sun and rain .It will be helpful if the office had 3 employee or at least 2 to attend due to covid. Please take this review in consideration.

This post office manager (pretty sure is Navarro) is very rude against de ederly. Has no manners. Everyone at the line was disgusted. He should not work with the agency if he cannot cunduct himself in a professional manner... he is an A... I hope that someone recorded this and post it in social media platforms.
