RUDE/UNPROFESIONAL EMPLOYEE AND MANAGER.I WENT TO POST OFFICE IN LUQUILLO TOWN PUERTO RICO. THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT IF I DONT HAVE THE KEY TO PO BOX HE COULDNT PROVIDE ME THE LETTERS. I TOLD HIM THAT IN OTHER TIMES THEY GAVE ME THE LETTERS WITH MY DRIVERS LICENSE. HE TOLD ME HE COULDNT DO IT. I ASK FOR THE MANAGER. HE TOLD ME THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE. HE WAS AT LUNCH,COME 1 HOUR AND A HALF AFTER. I DID..WHEN I GOT THERE..THE SAME OLD MAN TOLD ME THE MANAGER WAS IN A MEETING TO WAIT FOR HIM. I WAITED STANDING FOR MORE THAN 40 MINUTES.THE MANAGER WAS NOT COMING, I TOLD THE SAME OLD GUY TO CALL HIM BECAUSE MY LEG HURT AND I WAS FEELING TIRED. HE SAID I HAD TO WAIT. WHEN THE MANAGER CAME BACK AFTER 20 MINUTES AFTER I ASKED AGAIN ...AND WITH A VERY SERIOUS AND RUDE FACE HE SAID HE CANT DO NOTHING THAT HE CANT GIVE ME THE LETTERS WITHOUHT THE KEY...HE DIDNT SAY HELLO..HE DIDNT ASK ME NOTHING..I DIDNT SAY NOTHING..AND HE TOLD ME THAT..I SAID..IF THEOLD GUY KNEW THE MANAGER WAS GOING TO TELL ME THE SAMETHING..WHYHE LEFT ME STANDING MORE THAN 40 MINUTES STANDING IF HE DIDNT ALLOWED ME EXPLAIN THAT I PAID THAT POBOX BUT I DIDNT HAVE THE KEY. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESIONAL...THE OLD GUY TOLD THE MANAGER THE REASON I WAS THERE...HE DIDNT TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO COME AND TELL ME THE SAME THING..I ASK THE MANAGER WHY THEY LEFT ME 40 MINUTES STANDING..AND HE SAID BECAUSE YOU ASK TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER...AND I SAID YES BECAUSE YOU WERE GOING TO HELP ME ..I WORK FOR FEMA..IM A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE TOO..I DESERVE RESPECT...AND THIS MANAGER IS VERY YOUNG AND UNEXPERIENCE..HE MOST BE IN A LOWER POSITION AND THE OLD GUY IS ALMOST DYING..HE SHOULD BE IN ANOTHER POSITION TOO..I THINK WE DESERVE RESPECT..I WANT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN YOUR OFFICE..TO RECEIVE A GOOD EXPLANATION WHY THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE GARBAGE.
THEY DONT REPECT THE ELDERLY
This post office is where they work the worst. They never answer the phone and I think they have 1 to 3 employees. The 3-day shipments that are received take 6 days and they still don't put them in the sections. They have to improve the services and answer the phone properly

El teléfono provisto nadie contesta y luego sale ocupado. Es importante que resuelvan este asunto para nosotros los clientes poder recibir el servicio tan importante.
Ahora mismo tengo un paquete perdido, asunto que necesito resolver porque el número de rastreo dice ser entregado y no ha sido así.
Me parece que es la misma queja de tiempo de otros clientes y no se resuelve.
Espero que alguien de ustedes realmente lea estos comentarios y tomen acción.
Been trying 2 call about a package n no 1 answeres.Tried other methods of communicating with main postal office n its the same.The worst ever,it should b shut down!No 1 wants 2 answere ur calls n instead prefer u email.Which they definitley swont answere.

La pasada semana envié 2cajas con la conpania Multipack al PO BOX de un cliente que tiene su PO BOX en ese correo y cuando el cliente fue a recogerlas, quisieron cobrarles $60.00 para darselas.
