On May 13 I went to York New Salem PO and had a letter sent Certified. Today May 17 I went to get my mail out of my mailbox and had received the certified letter back stamped RETURNED FOR POSTAGE. I went back to post office and asked what's goin on ? This wAs post office error not my error. I was not offered refund because the clerk said it had to be resent! What about now the letter is late and I had to go back to post office to straighten out the problem????

I had a wonderful experience at this post office. The bad review above was written by Darrie Thompson that lives in our neighborhood, unfortunately she is a miserable person and complains about everything.
